Explanatory note

“The sources of children's abilities and gifts are at their fingertips. From the fingers, figuratively speaking, there are the finest streams that feed the source of creative thought " V. A. Sukhomlinsky

The origins of children's abilities and talents are at their fingertips. Various hand actions, finger games stimulate the process of speech and mental development child, since the development of the hand is in close connection with the development of speech and thinking of the child.

Fine motor skills of the hands also interact with such higher properties of consciousness as attention and thinking. Skills development fine motor skills it is also important because the entire future life of a child requires the use of precise, coordinated movements of the hands and fingers, which are necessary to dress, draw and write, as well as perform a variety of everyday and educational activities. A child at this age will not be hindered by hand gymnastics in the pre-speech period, and finger games accompanied by verses will develop speech and listening skills. The preschooler will learn to understand the meaning of what he has heard and to catch the rhythm of speech. Finger games create a favorable emotional background, develop the ability to imitate an adult, teach you to listen attentively and understand the meaning of speech, and increase the child's speech activity. If the child performs the exercises, accompanying them with short lines of poetry, that is, his speech will become clearer, more rhythmic, vivid, and control over the movements performed will increase. The child's memory develops as he learns to memorize certain hand positions and the sequence of movements. The child develops imagination and fantasy. Having mastered all the exercises. He can Finger-telling whole stories. Usually a child with high level development of fine motor skills, is able to reason logically, he has sufficiently developed memory, attention, coherent speech. Children's activities of children according to interests "Talking fingers" is aimed at developing and strengthening fine motor skills of hands in children 3-5 years old. Classes include a variety of play exercises conducted on the material of various lexical topics. The work uses materials of various textures. (paper, cardboard, fabric of various textures, threads, cereals, buttons, etc.)

Children's activities of children according to their interests are carried out once a week in the afternoon during the whole school year... Form of work: with subgroups.

The program of the circle for the development of fine motor skills "Dexterous fingers" for children 4-5 years old

Relevance.

The origins of the abilities and talents of children - on

their fingertips.

Fine motor skills are precise and fine movements of the fingers of the hand. The readiness of the hand for writing, the work of the speech and thinking centers of the brain directly depends on the development of fine motor skills. Motor skills help your child to explore, compare, classify and thus allow him to better understand the world in which he lives. It is very important at preschool age to create conditions as early as possible for the accumulation of motor and practical experience by the child, to develop the skills of manual skill, to form the mechanisms necessary for the future mastery of writing.

Systematic exercises that require delicate finger movements increase the performance of the brain, giving a powerful impetus to the child to cognitive and creative activity. High development cognitive processes is relevant and significant in modern society.

This program allows not only to develop cognitive processes,

but also to realize the individual creative potential of the individual, to establish

communication with adults and with peers on the basis of joint

activities. Development of fine motor skills, imagination, cognitive

processes - serves as one of the most important sources in preparing children for

primary schooling. Practical skills learned during

performing tasks for the development of fine motor skills of the fingers, carried out

in all activities, and the technical skills acquired in

lessons on manual skill, will allow children to feel their

V.A. Sukhomlinsky

Purpose and objectives of the Program: Development and strengthening of fine motor skills of hands in children first junior group in games, exercises and various types of productive activities.

The focus of the program is developing.

Tasks:

  • Develop consistency in both hands;
  • Develop fine motor skills of the fingers;
  • Develop skills in working with bulk material, paper, quartz sand, kinetic), plasticine;
  • Develop tactile perception (sensory development);
  • Develop general motor skills, coordination of movements;
  • Develop thinking, imagination;
  • Form a positive attitude towards classes with an adult.

The main stages of the lesson

1. Development of general motor skills (including the creation of a positive emotional background).
2. Self-massage of the fingers (passive gymnastics).
3. Development of fine motor skills (finger games).
4. Games with various objects and materials.
5. Productive activity.

Classes are held once a week from October to May.

Duration: 15–20 min. Number of children in the group: 4-5.

The material of the program has a multifunctional character: develops speech motor skills, general and fine motor skills of fingers; forms a phonetic-phonemic base; develops phrasal and coherent speech, promotes sensory development; activates the development of higher mental functions, cognitive activities; teaches to play with toys; forms the process of social adaptation in children.
The program includes exercises for the development of fine and gross motor skills to the music of Sergei and Ekaterina Zheleznov. The exercise texts are funny and vivid, they are a clue to the given movements, they easily fit the child's ear and, without special settings, set him up for the game.

With the help of a poetic rhythm, children improve their pronunciation, work out the correct tempo of speech, and develop speech hearing. Figurative, bright, cheerful music contributes to the development of children musical ability: hearing, vocal skills, musical memory, rhythm, and also creates a favorable atmosphere for classes.

Finger (gesture) games and exercises with parallel learning of poetic texts, they stimulate the development of speech, spatial thinking, attention, imagination, speed of reaction and emotional expressiveness.

Game self-massage of hands- an effective and versatile remedy for the rehabilitation of fine movements in children. Finger gymnastics excites local areas of the brain, and play self-massage has a total effect on the cortex, which protects its individual zones from overwork, evenly distributing the load on the brain. Self-massage helps to normalize muscle tone; stimulation of tactile sensations; an increase in the volume and amplitude of movements of the fingers; the formation of arbitrary, coordinated movements of the fingers, as well as the improvement of mental functions (attention, memory), hand-eye coordination, the development of the creative sphere of children.

Productive activity consolidates the effect of the games and exercises, is aimed at obtaining positive emotions and sensory, artistic and aesthetic development.

Systematic exercises that require delicate finger movements increase the performance of the brain, giving a powerful impetus to the child to cognitive and creative activity. The high development of cognitive processes is relevant and significant in modern society.

This program allows not only to develop cognitive processes, but also to realize the individual creative potential of the individual, to establish communication with adults and with peers on the basis of joint activities... The development of fine motor skills, imagination, cognitive processes is one of the most important sources in preparing children for primary schooling. Practical skills gained in the development of fine motor skills of the fingers, carried out in all activities, and the technical skills acquired in the lessons of manual skill, will allow children to feel successful.Therefore, work on the development of fine motor skills should begin long before entering school ...

Explanatory note.

This program is aimed at the all-round development of the child, at the development of touch and fine motor skills necessary for the implementation of object-oriented practical actions. Classes are aimed at developing cognitive processes, communication skills, emotional-volitional sphere and fine motor skills.

The methodology of the program allows children to study intensively and not get tired due to the constant change of activities and switching attention. The program allows not only healthy children to attend classes, but also children with developmental disabilities.

Classes under this program are conducted in a playful way. During the game, the situation of success is realized as much as possible, therefore the work occurs naturally, there is no mental stress. All games and tasks are safe for the life and health of children.

The pedagogical expediency lies in the fact that children work with plasticine, paper, templates, stencils, learn to use scissors, develop graphic skills: stroking, shading, drawing by points.

The program describes a course on the development of fine motor skills for preschool children 4-5 years old. The preschool educational institution conducts a circle work on this topic. Classes are held once a week for 20 minutes. There are 32 lessons in total.

Diagnostics is carried out 2 times a year (in September and May).

STATIC EXERCISES

The purpose of the examination is to check the stability of children's movements, muscle tension.

During the exercises, teachers look at how long each child can maintain fine motor (finger) tension.

The check can be carried out as an express research in the form of the game "Freeze".

The teacher invites children (child) to play a game; gives instructions appropriate to each exercise; then the words “One, two, three!

Freeze! " Children (child) perform the exercise. The teacher monitors each exercise by counting to himself or looking at the clock. After 2 minutes, the teacher gives the command "Otomri!"

Verification can be done in subgroups. The number of children in subgroups can be different (3-7 people).

Exercises are carried out without visualization (pictures). The teacher gives verbal instructions and monitors the exercise.

Each exercise is done three times. At the same time, the teacher's instruction comes first, accompanied by a demonstration.

Then the child performs the exercise by counting in the following order:

1st time doing the exercise (counting up to 15); relaxation - rest (about 5 s);

2nd time - doing the exercise (counting up to 15); relaxation - rest;

3rd time - doing the exercise (counting up to 15).

"Ring". Connect your thumb and forefinger together;

raise the rest of the fingers up. Keep your fingers in this position counting to 15.

"Goat". Extend your index finger and little finger forward. Moreover, 2.

press the middle and ring fingers with the thumb to the palm.

The exercise is performed under a count of up to 15 (children 5-6 years old up to 10) 3. "Hare". Stretch your middle and index fingers up. In this case, press the little finger and ring fingers with the thumb to the palm.

Exercise is performed counting up to 15 (children 5-6 years old up to 10)

DYNAMIC EXERCISES

6. Cutting with scissors. Working with scissors shows how a child can quickly change the tension of the small muscles of the arm to relaxation.

The teacher suggests cutting a circle out of paper.

When completing the assignment, attention is paid to the speed and dexterity of the child's hand.

7.Tearing off a sheet of paper. Tearing off a sheet of paper shows the cooperation of both hands in the work. The teacher distributes sheets of paper, shows a square-sample and asks what he showed. Further, the teacher asks the children to make the same square (in shape) by cutting off.

TACTICAL FEELINGS

8. Recognition of subject matter and quality. The child is invited to grope in the bag and show the teacher various objects of a certain quality.

Equipment: spoons (wooden, metal, plastic); rulers (wooden, metal, plastic).

Instructions of the teacher: "Put your hand in the bag, touch the objects lying there and take out a wooden spoon (a spoon made of wood)."

9. Recognition of form and quality. The child is invited to grope in the bag and show the teacher geometric shapes different shapes and a certain quality.

EQUIPMENT: T reangles (wooden, plastic, rubber cardboard); rectangles (wood, plastic, rubber (cardboard).

Instructions of the teacher: “Put your hand in the bag, touch the figures lying there and pull out the plastic triangle

MOVEMENT COORDINATION

12. Threading the lace into the holes .. The teacher offers the child a lace and a figure with holes.

13. Exercise "Palm - rib - fist". The child is seated at the table with his hand (s) at the edge of the table. When performing the exercise, you must maintain a clear sequence. Unlike senior group the pace of the exercise is set by the teacher through counting (one, two, three). The pace is approximately the following: for each exercise 1 s is given, for three exercises - 3 s All the data obtained are entered in table 9 (see appendix)

Graphic skills.

14. "Riding on the track." The child is invited to “drive along the path” by connecting with a pencil the images of the car and the house (they are drawn on a piece of paper, connected by a “path” that goes around various obstacles (trees, river, well, etc.). The house is depicted in the upper right corner of sheet A-4, machine - in the lower left.

“Imagine that you are a driver. You need to drive to this house (an adult points to the house). You will go like this (in the picture - a sample, the psychologist shows how to go along the path with a pencil).

The pencil must always move along the path drawn on paper, otherwise it will turn out that the car took off like an airplane or an accident occurred.

Drive carefully so that your car does not drift off the road.

15. Circle the drawing along the lines. The child is invited to circle the drawing with a pencil exactly along the line, without lifting the pencil from the paper.

All received data are entered into a table.

Legend:

if the child coped with the task - 1 point;

if the child coped with the task partially - 0.5 points;

if the child did not complete the task - 0 points.

In the last column, a group (A, B, C) is displayed, which shows the degree of development of fine motor skills of the child's hand at the time of the examination.

Characteristics of the groups Group "A". The group includes children who scored 14-12 points during the examination. These children have well developed fine motor skills.

A circle for the development of fine motor skills "Merry palms" for children of the 2nd junior group

“The sources of children's abilities and gifts are at their fingertips. From the fingers, figuratively speaking, there are the finest streams that feed the source of creative thought "

V. A. Sukhomlinsky

The origins of children's abilities and talents are at their fingertips. Various hand actions, finger games stimulate the process of speech and mental development of the child, since the development of the hand is in close connection with the development of the child's speech and thinking. Fine motor skills of the hands also interact with such higher properties of consciousness as attention and thinking. Optical-spatial perception (coordination, imagination, observation, visual and motor memory of speech.

The development of fine motor skills is also important for this reason. That the child's entire future life requires the use of precise, coordinated movements of the hands and fingers, which are necessary to dress, draw and write, as well as perform a variety of different household and educational activities.

He can tell whole stories with his fingers. Usually a child with a high level of development of fine motor skills is able to reason logically, he has sufficiently developed memory, attention, and coherent speech.
