Thematic planning in the senior group. Circle of traffic rules

Explanatory note

We live in a city where the number of vehicles is growing rapidly from year to year. Sometimes you have to see accidents on the roads, where the culprits are both drivers and pedestrians, among whom, unfortunately, there are children.

The analysis of statistical data shows that the cause of traffic accidents is most often the children themselves. This leads to ignorance of the elementary foundations of the rules traffic, the indifferent attitude of adults to the behavior of children on the roadway. Children left to themselves, especially those of primary school age, do not know how to control their behavior. They have not yet developed the ability to anticipate the possibility of danger in a rapidly changing traffic environment. Therefore, they serenely run out into the road in front of a stopped car and suddenly appear on the tracks of another. They consider it quite natural to ride a children's bicycle onto the roadway or start a fun game here.

These dangers can only be avoided by appropriately educating the child from an early age and throughout the school years.

In MBOU "Secondary School No. 1" there is a comprehensive system of work on the prevention of road traffic - traffic injuries. The program for the prevention of child road traffic injuries and the study of the rules of the road for students of the school was created on the basis of the program of general educational institutions in Russian Federation Rules for the safe behavior of students on the streets and roads. The program is aimed at school-age children and is aimed at ensuring that children successfully learn the rules of the road, learn the history of the emergence of traffic rules, be able to navigate situations on the road, and put their knowledge into practice.

When compiling the program, methodological recommendations on the prevention of child road traffic injuries for employees of educational institutions of the city of Nizhnevartovsk were taken into account, the recommendations of traffic police officers, the interests of children, and their age characteristics were studied.

Within the framework of the program, measures have been developed to methodical work with class teachers, subject teachers on the preparation and conduct of classes on the rules of the road. Particular attention is paid to the study of traffic rules by primary school teachers. Thanks to this work, the foundations for the formation of a culture of behavior on the roads are being laid.

Scenarios of events, class hours on the topic are being prepared together with parents, parents help to conduct classes for the school circle of Young traffic inspectors, and make visual aids. Together with their parents, primary school students develop safe routes "home - school - home". In the diagrams of safe routes for pedestrians, arrows show safe paths to the school, and dangerous places for pedestrians are indicated. The most successful projects of a safe route are placed in the "Road Safety Corner". "Safety Corner" is one of the simple and available ways introducing schoolchildren to the skills of safe behavior on the streets and roads.

Extra-curricular work in this direction is built through the circle "Young traffic inspector" (YUIDD). The guys from the circle not only study themselves. They pass on their knowledge to others: they participate in various competitions, work with elementary school students, the Beryozka kindergarten. The work of the circle is aimed at developing the students' basic knowledge, skills and habits of safe behavior on the roads. Schoolchildren are trained in traffic rules, behavior on the street, first aid, are involved in the promotion of traffic rules among children and adolescents. So

Thus, they acquire knowledge directly related to the protection of life and health.

Classes on the rules of the road are held in grades 1-11 according to the plan outside school hours.

The main goal of the programis to create conditions for the formation of sustainable skills of safe behavior on the streets and roads in schoolchildren.

Target parameters of the rules of safe behavior on the streets and roads:

  • treat the rules of the road as an important social value;
  • own methods of preventing DDTT and providing first aid to victims of road accidents, the skills of promoting traffic rules;
  • master the skills of safe behavior on the streets and roads.

Main goals:

  • To create organizational and pedagogical conditions for raising the level of children's knowledge of the rules of the road for pedestrians and passengers of transport on the basis of the formation of a mechanism for safe behavior on the road;
  • To form in students the conviction of the need to strictly comply with traffic rules;
  • To improve the culture of behavior of road users.
  • Contribute to the reduction of child road traffic injuries.

Basic principles of program implementation

The principle of individual and differentiated approachinvolves taking into account personal age features students and the level of their mental and physical development. Based on an individual and differentiated approach to students, studying their character traits, temperament, attitudes, interests, behavioral motives, it is possible to instill positive habits in them, accustom them to discipline, a culture of behavior in the field of traffic.

The principle of interaction "Children - the road environment."The younger the schoolchildren, the easier it is to form their social feelings and stable habits of safe behavior. Children's perception of the environment is largely determined by the verbal (verbal) information of adults who pay attention to a traffic light, a pedestrian crossing, danger on the road, the speed of cars, etc.

The motor reaction is determined by the level of development in children of the central regulatory physiological mechanisms that ensure balance. They acquire the necessary motor skills and abilities with age in the process of training and education.

The principle of the relationship between the causes of dangerous behavior and its consequences:traffic accident. Learners should be aware of the dangers that may lie in wait for them in the road environment.

The principle of age safety.Younger schoolchildren have a desire to go to school and walk the streets on their own quite early. On the one hand, this must be approved so as not to impede the development of the child's volitional qualities. On the other hand, it is necessary to cultivate an understanding of the dangers of the road environment and develop habits, skills and abilities of safe behavior.

The principle of social security.Students must understand that they live in a society where certain norms and rules of behavior must be observed. Compliance with these rules on the roads controls

State Road Safety Inspectorate. The traffic police inspector identifies violators among drivers and pedestrians and punishes them: warns or fines. The rules of the road must be observed for general safety, since the wrong actions of the child on the street and the road are dangerous both for himself and for those around him.

The principle of self-organization, self-regulation and self-education.This principle is realized when children realize the rules of safe behavior. Then they quite easily, without resistance, regulate their behavior, observe their peers, notice violations of traffic rules by adults and often do not understand and are outraged why they act risky and do not follow the rules. To reinforce self-education, a positive example of adults is needed. Therefore, the teacher should educate not only schoolchildren, but also parents.

Legal framework

The program has been developed taking into account the following legislative and regulatory documents:

  • UN Convention on the Rights of the Child;
  • the Constitution of the Russian Federation;

Relevance of the program

According to the Federal Law "On Road Safety", the main principles of ensuring road safety are: the priority of the life and health of citizens participating in road traffic over the economic results of economic activity; the priority of state responsibility for ensuring road safety over the responsibility of citizens participating in road traffic; observance of the interests of citizens, society and the state.

A sharp increase in last years motorization of cities, rural settlements gives rise to many problems, among which road traffic injuries are increasingly becoming a “national catastrophe”.

Tragic statistics show that in Russia more than 30,000 people die in road traffic accidents (RTA) every year, and more than 180,000 people are injured. Every year up to 3.5 thousand children die under the wheels of vehicles, about 30 thousand become disabled.

In connection with the growth trend of these indicators, the upbringing of discipline in the streets and roads, in public transport, which has become part of the educational process of the school, becomes a particularly urgent task.

The current situation with children's road traffic injuries indicates that children do not know the Rules of the Road and their inability to navigate correctly in a traffic situation, which is a consequence of insufficient attention to the problems of preventing child injuries.

The social severity of the problem dictates the need to develop and implement programs and preventive measures to prevent an increase in the number of road accidents involving children. In accordance with this, MBOU "Secondary School No. 1" developed a Program for the Prevention of Children's Road Traffic Injuries and the Study of the Rules of the Road for Students of the MBOU "Secondary School No. 1" of the city of Nizhnevartovsk "Green Light"

Rationale for the program

The need for this program is caused by the growing severity of the consequences of traffic accidents on the roads, including those involving children and adolescents. An analysis of child road traffic injuries shows that the main reason is the low culture of road users, including children. Students do not have the skills to behave in a transport environment, they do not know how to correctly assess and anticipate the development of traffic situations, the consequences of violations of traffic rules.

This program involves reducing the level of child road traffic injuries. As a result of the systematic training of children in traffic rules, safe behavior on the road, the program aims to educate a generation of competent and disciplined road users.

The program provides for systematic work in the following areas:

  • Acquaintance with the history of traffic rules,
  • Development of practical skills,
  • Application of practical skills in real life.

Conclusion

It is hardly possible to imagine a person at the present time who, in one way or another, would not encounter land transport, be it a bus, a motorcycle or a bicycle. As you know, the number of vehicles is increasing, their speed characteristics are increasing, the intensity of traffic on the roads is increasing and, especially in large cities, the number of traffic accidents associated with the death of people is multiplying.

High level child road traffic injuries invariably makes us look for the most effective ways to save the life and health of children. To this end, training and education as forms of prevention must be constantly improved.

The main task is to teach the child to behave safely and navigate in traffic situations, to cultivate a conscious attitude towards the implementation of the Rules of the Road, and also to have the ability to anticipate the development of traffic situations, to be as attentive and precautionary to each other as possible.

This requires an integrated approach that combines theoretical and practical studies into a continuous process of ongoing preventive work with children and adolescents..

Purposeful, socially oriented preventive work on traffic rules among students ultimately makes it possible to reduce the level of accidents with children at school, preserve their health, and most importantly, life.

2. Introduction to the topic.

Slide number 1 (An excerpt from the cartoon)

We turned, circled and we found ourselves in a fairy tale.

Cartoon. There lived a man and a woman. They had a daughter and a little son.

Daughter, - said the mother, - we will go to work, take care of your brother. Don't leave the yard, be smart - we'll buy you a handkerchief.

The father and mother left, and the daughter forgot what she was ordered to: she put her brother on the grass under the window, and she ran out into the street for a walk. Geese-swans flew in, picked up the boy, carried away on wings.

The girl returned, looks - but there is no brother! Gasped, rushed to look for him, back and forth - nowhere! She called him, burst into tears, lamented that it would be bad from her father and mother, - the brother did not respond.

She ran out into an open field and only saw: geese-swans rushed in the distance and disappeared behind a dark forest.

Educator: Guys, do you know this fairy tale, what is it called?

They put their work on a tray and show it to the stove.

Pechka: Well done, completed the task! The stove says you have to go straight ahead.

Explanatory note

Teaching the rules of the road should be considered as an integral part of the educational work of the school.

In the classroom, students acquire knowledge and skills of behavior on the street, learn the rules of behavior on the road, learn to understand traffic lights and traffic controllers, where they can arrange games, ride sleds, skates, skis; learn to use a bus, trolleybus, tram; get acquainted with the meaning of the most important road signs, signs, road marking lines.

In the process of teaching schoolchildren the rules of the road, one cannot do without conversations. In order not to bore children with constant instructions on the need for strict observance of traffic rules, conversations are based on an analysis of a specific incident (how it happened, who was to blame, could it not have happened), on an analysis of a traffic accident: why a traffic violation was committed, let students downthoughts on the patterns of accident for those who constantly break the rules.

The role of parents' participation in the preparation and organization of work on the safety of the movement of younger schoolchildren is great. Successful results in the training and education of disciplined pedestrians can only be achieved if there is a strong relationship between the family and the educational institution and all their actions are purposeful..

The purpose of the lessons: to familiarize younger students with the rules of the road.

Tasks:

1) To acquaint students with the meaning of some road signs that are often found in the place of residence.

2) Expand vocabulary using road terminology.

3) Develop the habit of safe behavior on the streets and roads.
