He says that he is the coach of the team and that they are preparing all year round for competitions that take place in several cities. In the state championship that played in Ivoti, they finished second. We train once a week, always here in Azulao. Outline plan

physical education in the 1st junior group

Educator: Artamonova Alina Timofeevna.

Tasks:

Learning to walk on a ribbed board.

exercise children in crawling on all fours and crawling under the arc without touching it.

Purpose: formation of correct posture; prevention of flat feet; the ability to walk one after another without bumping; instilling positive emotions and positive relationships during exercise.

On the day that the report accompanied the training, only 13 members participated because of the cold. Moreover, many of the members of the group played sports until old age. “So the exchange gives them the opportunity to continue to compete,” says Helio. However, not all seminar participants participate in championships. The important thing for active maturity is that they move, have social contact, and stay active. And don't think it's over, when the exchange shop is over, volleyball begins.

From walks to sports, they do not stop. Active maturity is calculated for the more feminine group. In collisions, they are always the majority. But don't think that for this reason, only the affairs of the home have space. They are always busy with their schedule.

Equipment: ribbed board, 2 cubes for each child, mat, arc, airplane attributes, Bear toy, high chair, big hoop.

PROCESS OF THE LESSON.

She says that nothing, even cold, can keep her at home on the day of the stock market game. In winter, in her opinion, it's even better. I warm myself up by playing. And in the summer the gym is very hot. It's better now, ”she says. All this movement is reflected in more health. Physical fitness improves.

I had pain in my back and knees and it went away, everything got better. The most important thing for her is fun. This is a great stay. We miss a lot, and in the end everything works out, and we have fun, because we are all among friends. Sonia says there are group activities every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. And there is also travel planning. What kind of game is it? For those who have never heard of exchange, know that this is a volleyball game adapted for seniors. The referee and the ball are used by volleyball.

There are several regular tournaments. The goal of the game goes far beyond the competition. This practice aims to improve the quality of life through sport, value coexistence, exchange of experiences and forging new friendships between participants. The consequence of this is the expansion of social relations among older people, which allows them to remain active and active in society.

The teams have 12 players with nine owners and three reserves. At court, each team must always have six women and three men. The game is played over two 15 minute periods. At each step, rotation occurs between team members. The championships are divided into two categories: those under the age of 60 and those that have already passed.

Straighten your legs, cubes to the sides, say - "Here".

4 exercise"Springs".

I. p. Standing, cubes below.

Walking 6-8 steps - 2 p.

BASIC MOVEMENT: performed in a continuous flow method.

Walking on a ribbed board, arms out to the sides, look at the Bear, who sits on a chair.

All kinds of activities are offered for the elderly. The list of activities available to older adults for active maturity is extensive. Each participant chooses the workshops he likes best. In addition to exchange and volleyball, among the physical exercises are walking, dancing and stretching.

Helio Silva also comments on some of the different projects, such as a sewing workshop in which, with donated fabrics, garments are donated. These are fabrics or woolen leftovers from the city's shops that already know our work and supply the material. Whoever receives the donation will change as needed. Babies are born and should receive clothes, ”says the leader of the Active Maturity group.

Method. directions: monitor your posture.

In addition, there are other monthly social activities: fundraising for donations - clothing, food, school supplies, etc. - in accordance with the needs of the moment. Another outstanding action is the “Meeting of Generations” project, which is being carried out at the municipal school for children-educators. The meetings between the young pupils of the school and members of active maturity allow interest to be held between the two groups. It is an experience between the elderly and the young. We play games, history and more.

Both sides are having fun, says Helio. Everything is always so that the elderly do not lose their social role. He worked, studied and took care of his family all his life. Now, in some cases, they feel more alone. Participation in active maturity aims to keep them with the necessary - for them and the whole society - action in society, emphasizes Helio Silva. Society cannot lose the life experience that they bring.

FINAL PART.

Repeat the game "Bubble».

Purpose: to consolidate in children the ability to stand in a circle, gradually expand and narrow it. Involve children in repeating words after the teacher:

Blow up, bubble

Swell up, big.

Stay that way

And don't burst. - 2 p.

Verbal encouragement of children: “The bear is happy. You kids have done well. We did the exercises well and beautifully.

An outdoor game "Mother hen and chickens". Children represent chickens, and the teacher is a hen. On one side of the hall there is a fenced place (a rope or cord is pulled between the posts at a height of 50 cm) - this is the house where the hen and chickens live. The hen is the first to leave the house, she goes to look for food. Then he calls the chickens: "ko-ko-ko." At this signal, the chickens crawl under the rope, run to the brood hen and walk along the site with her, peck at the grains. The teacher says: "Big bird!" All the chickens run home. The game is repeated 3-4 times.
Game "Grain"

Guys, look, who's that rolled over to us? Oh, he's whispering something in my ear. Guys Gingerbread Man invites us to go on a journey into a fairy tale? Do you agree to go on a trip?

We will follow the path.

We will get into a good fairy tale (d The children walk one after another across the hall, raising their knees high).

Let's stand together on our toes and stretch a little (walking on toes).

We will walk again, it's good for us to walk (normal walking).

But it's time to hurry (easy running).

And again we walk together (walking one after another, breathing exercises).

We all go to the house and get into a fairy tale.

Here we are in a fairy tale. ( On the screen is a picture from the fairy tale "Kolobok")

Guys, look what we have here? (There are balls in the basket.) That's right, koloboks. Take them one at a time, do not burn yourself, blow harder, because they are still very hot. (Children blow on balls, stand in a circle.)

During this exercise, a hare, a wolf, a bear and a fox are encountered on the way. The exercise is repeated 4 times - according to the number of characters encountered.)

Even our koloboks rolled away from the fox. (Children put balls back in the basket.)

Educator

Guys, Kolobok whispered in my ear that he wants to play with us. Let's play with the bun.

P / and "Hares and the wolf"

One of the players is chosen as a "wolf". The rest are "hares". At the beginning of the game, the "hares" are in their houses, the wolf is on the opposite side. "Hares" come out of the houses, the teacher says:

Hares are jumping gallop, gallop, gallop,

On a green meadow.

They pinch the weed, eat it,

Listen carefully to see if the wolf is coming.

Children jump, perform movements. After these words, the "wolf" comes out of the ravine and runs after the "hares", they run away to their houses. The "wolf" takes the caught "hares" into the ravine.
