Organization of work on the prevention of ddtt in dhow. On the organization of work to prevent road traffic injuries of children in preschool educational institutions

PREVENTION OF CHILDREN'S ROAD TRANSPORT INJURIES IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Every year the traffic intensity on the roads of the Republic of Adygea increases, and with it the number of road accidents also increases. The increase in the number of injured children is of particular concern, therefore, familiarization of preschoolers with the rules of the road plays an important role in preventing injuries on the roads.

The sharp increase in the motorization of the city of Maykop in recent years has given rise to many problems, including children's road traffic injuries.

The purpose of our work:

Formation of the pupils of the preschool educational institution of a conscious and responsible attitude to the issues of personal safety and the safety of the surrounding road users.

Expansion of knowledge and practical skills of safe behavior on the roads.

Tasks:

Create conditions for children to consciously study the Rules of the Road;
- to raise the general level of culture of road users;
- to bring up literate pedestrians in children;
- develop the creative and thinking abilities of children.

Expected Result:

- improving the legal culture of road users;

- prevention of child road traffic injuries.

The predisposition of children to accidents on the road is due to the characteristics of psychophysiological development, such as:

Instability and rapid depletion of the nervous system;

Failure to adequately assess the situation;

Rapid formation and disappearance of conditioned reflexes;

The predominance of excitation processes over inhibition processes;

The predominance of the need for movement over caution;

The desire to imitate adults;

Lack of knowledge about the sources of hazards;

Lack of the ability to separate the main from the secondary;

Reassessment of your capabilities in a real situation;

Inadequate response to strong harsh stimuli, etc.

To organize the prevention of child road traffic injuries in our work, we take into account that the effectiveness and, accordingly, the directions of preventive measures are closely related to the age characteristics of children.

In preschool age, attitudes and values are formed primarily through example, value judgments of adults, through the encouragement of the desired behavior of children. Preschool educators need to emphasize the value of a person who follows the rules. These same ideas need to be communicated through propaganda materials to parents.

Traffic regulations for pedestrians

    Road users must be aware of some road signs.

    Pedestrians are allowed to walk only on the right side of the sidewalk, and where there is no sidewalk - along the edge of the carriageway, on country roads - along the left edge (left sidewalk).

    Pedestrians should cross the street (road) at a step in those places where there are lines or signs of crossings, and where they are not - at street crossings along the sidewalk line.

    If there are pedestrian tunnels or bridges, pedestrians should only use them.

    The motor road of the settlement should be crossed only in areas where it is clearly visible.

    Before crossing the street (road), pedestrians must make sure that they are completely safe.

    It is forbidden to cross the path for approaching vehicles.

    Special care should be taken when avoiding vehicles and other obstacles that limit the view of the roadway. The tram must always be bypassed in front.

    Waiting for a bus, trolleybus, tram, taxi is allowed at the landing sites, and where there are none, on the sidewalk (roadside).

    Where traffic is regulated, it is possible to go out onto the carriageway to cross the street (road) only with a green traffic light signal, a light indicator, or with a permissive gesture from a traffic police inspector standing sideways to pedestrians.

Unfortunately, this behavior on the roads is observed more and more often and regardless of the season. This allows us to conclude that the main causes of child road traffic injuries are ignorance and violation of traffic rules, improper behavior on the street and child neglect. Children, left to their own devices, do not pay due attention to the dangers on the road. They still do not know how to fully control their behavior, are not able to correctly determine the distance to the approaching car and its speed, overestimate their own capabilities, consider themselves fast and dexterous.

In order to avoid accidents, drivers, passengers and pedestrians must know the rules of the road, be careful and attentive. These qualities and knowledge are also needed by young pedestrians themselves - children.

We build our work on the prevention of child road traffic injuries in accordance with the plan, which is drawn up for the academic year. It is important to note that not only teachers and pupils are involved in this process, but also parents, as well as representatives of social institutions.

Working with teachers

When organizing work on the prevention of road traffic injuries at the preschool educational institution, the tasks of the senior educator include providing methodological support for teachers. The senior educator needs to draw the attention of teachers to the following points:

    when familiarizing children with the rules of the road, a connection should be established between all sections of the program;

    carry out work systematically, gradually complicating the program requirements from group to group, taking into account the abilities of the children;

    to bring up independence in children, the ability to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom in everyday life.

Educators need to know:

    traffic rules for pedestrians and requirements for traveling with a group of children on the streets, roads and in transport;

    requirements for traveling with a group of children;

    a group of children may only be driven on the sidewalk or left shoulder in no more than two rows, accompanied by three adults. It is advisable that children have no objects in their hands;

    it is allowed to cross the street only in places where there are lines or signs, or at intersections along the line of continuation of sidewalks (in this case, the educator, having reached the middle of the carriageway, with a raised red flag warns transport drivers about a column of children crossing the street, as long as the children will not pass);

    bicycles on the streets and roads are allowed for persons over 14 years of age. Children under 14 years old must ride in courtyards, on playgrounds under the supervision of adults.

Educators should remember that teaching children the rules of the road should not be limited to verbal explanations. A significant place should be devoted to practical forms of learning: observation, excursions, targeted walks, during which children learn in practice the rules for pedestrians, observe traffic, and consolidate previously acquired knowledge.

The movement of vehicles and pedestrians on the streets and roads is too difficult for children to navigate in it on their own, so special attention should be paid to the organization of observations and excursions. Children should be placed in a place where the group would not interfere with movement and could observe the objects necessary for this excursion.

The work on familiarization with the rules of the road is based on an integrated approach. Educators conduct thematic classes with children in groups, consolidating the knowledge gained in various activities. So, for each age group, an approximate list of activities is compiled (Appendix 2), which includes familiarization with the environment, speech development, visual activity, design (Description of some of them, Appendix 3).

Targeted walks

Targeted walks included in the road traffic injury prevention work plan are also aimed at reinforcing the knowledge gained in group lessons by preschoolers. In each of the age groups, targeted walks have their own objectives, approximate topics and frequency of conduct.

So by organizing targeted walks in the younger group(once every two months), the teacher needs to draw the attention of children to the work of traffic lights, to different types of transport: cars, trucks, buses, trams. In the process of observation, the educator must teach to distinguish and name the cab, wheels, windows, doors, teach how to answer questions, and also observe older children playing “in the street”.

Approximate topics of targeted walks:

Junior group:

    acquaintance with the street;

    monitoring of transport;

    crosswalk.

Middle group:

    acquaintance with the street;

    our street;

    comparison of cars and trucks;

    monitoring traffic lights.

Senior group:

  • rules of conduct on the street;

    monitoring of transport;

    pedestrian walk;

  • crossroads;

    monitoring the work of traffic lights;

    walk to the bus stop.

Preparatory group:

    streets and crossroads;

    Traffic Laws;

    monitoring the work of traffic lights;

    monitoring the movement of cars and the work of the driver;

    monitoring the work of the traffic police inspector;

    the meaning of road signs;

    acquaintance with the place where passenger transport stops;

    pedestrian crossing (underground and ground);

    island of safety.

Targeted walking program in the middle group becomes wider. They are also held once every two months. Children are introduced to residential and public buildings, the road next to the kindergarten, transport that moves along this road, specific traffic rules, with the words: "carriageway", "one-way and two-way traffic", "pedestrian", "crossing".

In the older group targeted walks are organized once a month. They reinforce the ideas of children about the roadway, the center line; children get acquainted with the intersection, some road signs, get a more complete knowledge of the rules for pedestrians and passengers.

On targeted walks in the preparatory group(once a month) preschoolers observe the traffic, the driver's work, and traffic signals. The knowledge of children about traffic police inspectors of the traffic police, who control and regulate traffic on the street, is expanding. Acquaintance with the purpose of road signs and their style continues. The correct use of spatial terminology is reinforced (left - right, top - bottom, front - back, side by side, towards, on the opposite side, in the middle, opposite, along, etc.). Children should be well oriented in the environment, its changes, and respond to them correctly.

Educating parents about children's education
traffic rules

Organizing such an important work on the prevention of child road traffic injuries, it is impossible not to involve the parents of the pupils in it. To do this, you need to think over their participation in the events. A separate parent meeting should be devoted to this, at which parents should be familiarized with the main measures for ensuring the safety of their children on the streets.

For example, at a meeting, it is important to remind parents that bright clothes help the driver see the child. Conversely, it is difficult to notice a baby if he is wearing faded clothes. It is difficult for a child to see what is happening on the street if the hood is pulled over the eyes or the umbrella is obstructing the view. Children need to be educated about the dangers they are exposed to when they are not visible. To make it easier to see the child on the street, he must be dressed in neon clothes with reflective stripes or special reflectors. Modern children's clothing (jackets, overalls) usually already has reflective stripes. Many toys, badges, stickers on children's backpacks have reflective properties. The more of them on the clothes and things of the child, the better.

How to prepare your child for unusual situations? First, analyze and evaluate many real-life situations while walking. Second, foster a sense of alertness in dangerous situations and teach you how to control your emotions and reactions. Thirdly, to learn to control your body, to understand its physical boundaries and capabilities, to transfer the acquired experience to new situations.

It is useful to teach the child to articulate their actions so that they become part of his muscle memory and inner speech. It is necessary to explain and repeat to children how they should behave on the street and in transport so many times and so often so that preschoolers not only remember and understand the algorithm of behavior, but also act confidently, competently and prudently in standard situations.

It should be explained to children that a car, even a parked one, can move at any time, unexpectedly drive around a corner, out of a gateway, or a gate. Children should know that playing in a parking lot, hiding behind parked cars is life-threatening. With the child, it is necessary to explore the courtyard and the nearest streets, show the dangerous places, explain how they are dangerous, find with him the safest place to play in the courtyard.

The kid should be explained the meaning of road signs and traffic lights, tell what is happening far and near the street along which he walks with his parents.

Children should not be allowed to play on their own on the street anywhere other than playgrounds, and sledging can only be allowed from those slides that parents themselves have seen and are sure that they are safe. A slope that does not overlook the carriageway can be considered safe. The boundaries of the area where children can safely ride bicycles and other vehicles should be clearly marked.

We must constantly remind that a car is not only a “beautiful toy” (even if it is too big for a child), a means of transportation, transportation of goods, but also a source of danger.

Competent behavior in transport, near roads and on the street includes a number of skills that are not directly related to knowledge of cars and the structure of roads. It means that children should be able to distinguish between the main colors, shapes, images used in traffic control and in traffic signs, learn the concepts of “right”, “left” (“right”, “left”, “right”, “ to the left ”),“ in the middle ”,“ between ”,“ past ”,“ up ”,“ down ”,“ back ”,“ sideways ”, as well as other words indicating the direction of movement and the location of the object. Children should also understand words such as “stop,” “fast,” “dangerous,” “careful,” “look,” “attention,” “take turns,” “together,” etc. In addition, it is necessary to teach them to remember the location of objects, quickly recognize an object, concentrate attention on a separate object and on several stationary and moving objects, see with peripheral vision, etc.

If a child gets lost on the street, it becomes a problem both for himself and for his parents. It is well known that every child will be lost at least once in his life, but most parents are not ready for such a turn of events and perceive it as a tragedy. For a child, this is often the situation in which he is forced to show all the knowledge gained about how to cross the road, how to get home, remember the name, surname, address, etc. Even if the parents repeated all this to their child many times, they cannot be sure that in a stressful situation the preschooler will not be confused and will act adequately. Therefore, just in case, it is necessary to provide the child with a card on which all this information is written, as well as the surname, name, patronymic, home and work phone numbers of parents, grandparents, some friends or acquaintances. The child must be convinced that if he gets lost and his parents do not come to his crying and screaming, he must turn to a policeman, some elderly people or a shop assistant.

Information boards for parents of children of different ages should display recommendations for teaching traffic rules and behavior on the street. This will be another reason to remind the parents of the importance of this topic and to discuss it with the child on the way home. There should be no frivolity with regard to the problem of children's safety, disagreements on fundamental issues are intolerable.

Your child should only play in the yard under your supervision and know: you must not go out on the road!

Do not intimidate the child, but observe with him and, using situations on the road, street, in the yard, explain what is happening to the transport, pedestrians.

Develop visual memory and attention in the child. To do this, create game situations at home. Fix the impressions of what you saw in the drawings.

At this age, your baby should know:

    you cannot go out on the road;

    you can only cross the road with an adult, holding the hand, you cannot escape;

    you need to cross the road along the crossing with a calm step;

    pedestrians - people walking down the street;

    when we travel by bus, trolleybus, tram, we are called passengers;

    cars are different - they are transport. Cars are driven by chauffeurs (drivers). A highway (road, pavement) is intended for cars (transport);

    when we are traveling in transport, we cannot lean out of the window, we must hold on to the hand of mom, dad, or a handrail;

    so that there is order on the road, so that there are no accidents, so that a pedestrian does not get hit by a car, you must obey the traffic light: Red light - no movement. And the green one says: "Come on, the way is open!"

Cultivate your child into the habit of being attentive on the street, careful and discreet.

Observe the situations on the street, road, pedestrians and vehicles, traffic lights and be sure to discuss what you see with your child.

Read a poem on the topic to your child and be sure to talk to him about what you read.

On a walk, on the way to kindergarten and home, consolidate the knowledge you gained earlier.

Ask your child problematic questions more often, talk to him, pay attention to your actions (why did you stop before moving, why in this particular place, etc.).

Your child must know and strictly follow certain rules:

    Walk on the sidewalk on the right side.

    Before crossing the road, you need to make sure that there is no transport by looking left and right, then you can move.

    Crossing the road is supposed to be only a step.

    You must obey the traffic light.

    In transport, you need to behave calmly, talk quietly, hold an adult's hand (and handrails) so as not to fall.

    You can not lean out of the window of the bus, trolleybus, stick out your hands in the window.

    You can enter and leave the transport only when it is standing.

    You can only play in the yard.

The main causes of child road traffic injuries are ignorance and violation of traffic rules, improper behavior on the street.

Child road traffic injury prevention is a public concern. Teaching children how to behave on the roads should start at an early age.

The task of teachers and parents is to bring up literate and disciplined participants in the movement from today's preschoolers.

The most common causes of road traffic accidents are:

Exit to the carriageway in an unidentified place in front of a nearby vehicle

Exit to the carriageway due to a bus or other obstacle

Roadside play

Walking on the carriageway

the main target the work of teachers on the prevention of child road injuries in preschool educational institutions - the formation of skills in children of conscious safe behavior on the street. This goal is formed by solving several tasks:

Assimilation by preschoolers of initial knowledge about the rules of safe traffic on the street

Formation of qualitatively new motor skills and vigilant perception of the environment in children. The child must not only move correctly in accordance with the received signal or focusing on an adult, but also be able to coordinate his movements with the movements of other people and the movement of objects.

The development in children of the ability to move a possible danger in a specific changing situation and the construction of adequate safe behavior

Know the name, surname, home address, telephone

Have an understanding of the dangerous situations that can arise on the street and when playing in the yard of the house (cycling, etc.)

The child must know the following traffic rules:

Cross the street only at the green light of a traffic light

Do not play on the road or near the carriageway

Cross the street only on a pedestrian crossing

When crossing the street, first look to the left, and after reaching the middle - to the right

Know the structure of the roadway

Know some road signs for pedestrians and drivers

Know the rules of conduct in transport

Work on the prevention of child road traffic injuries is carried out not only by teachers, but also by parents, as well as representatives of social institutions.

The work to familiarize children with the rules of the road is based on an integrated approach. Educators conduct thematic classes with children in groups, consolidating the knowledge gained in various activities: in the game, during walks, etc. Work on the formation of safe behavior skills on the road is carried out with preschoolers of all age groups with the active participation of parents and preschool educational institutions. For each age group, a different list of activities is compiled, which includes familiarization with the world around, speech development, visual activity, design (Appendix 1). Targeted walks included in the road traffic injury prevention work plan are also aimed at consolidating the knowledge gained in group lessons by preschoolers (Appendix 2). Anchoring through play will be most successful. We know that the leading activity of preschoolers is play and play, preschool teachers can achieve the best consolidation of knowledge of the rules of the road. Games are selected taking into account the age characteristics of children (Appendix 3).

In working with parents, preschool educational institutions are guided by the following principles: Purposefulness, consistency, responsiveness, benevolence. The main forms and methods of working with parents on the prevention of DDTT: questionnaires of parents, conversations with parents, parent meetings, advice to parents, joint holidays, decoration of screens or folders-movement (Appendix 4).

In order to avoid accidents, drivers, passengers and pedestrians must know the rules of the road, be careful and attentive. We must receive these qualities and knowledge from early childhood, therefore, the prevention of road traffic injuries in preschool educational institutions is necessary. While laying knowledge for children, we ourselves must follow the rules of the road, remembering that we are adults who are an example to follow!

Appendix 2

Instructions for educators on the prevention of child road traffic injuries

When going on an excursion or a walk, the teacher must know exactly the number of children he takes with him (be sure to make a note in the excursion log). The remaining children in the kindergarten for any reason, at the direction of the head, are under the supervision of a certain employee.

Groups of children are only allowed on the sidewalk. It is necessary to ensure that the children walk strictly in twos, holding hands. Children are very inquisitive, on the way they can get carried away, lag behind or dodge to the side. Therefore, a group of children must always be accompanied by two adults, one walking in front, the other behind.

You need to cross the street at intersections or in places where there are crossing signs.

You need to cross the street slowly, with a calm and even step.

You need to cross the street straight, and not obliquely, because this is the closest way to the opposite side.

When crossing a street at an intersection, you need to pay attention not only to the green traffic light, but also to the approaching traffic. Before leaving the sidewalk, you need to let the cars pass.

Educators need to take a red flag with them, and if the children did not have time to cross the street, raise the flag up to signal the driver to stop and let the rest of the children pass.

Every educator must know the rules of the road himself.

Appendix 3

List of sample games in DDTT prevention groups

First junior group

"Birds and Cars"

Children - birds fly around the hall, pecking grains. At the signal "Machine" a little car drives out, the birds fly into the nest (on the chairs).

"Red, yellow, green"

Two signals (flag, cube, card) of red and green colors are selected. Children represent small cars. On a green signal, they drive, on a red signal, they stop. After mastering the game, you can add a yellow signal, seeing which, children "prepare" for the start of the trip or stop.

Game "Be attentive"

Children remember what to do and when. They walk in a circle and carefully listen to the signals of the traffic controller. At the signal: "Traffic light!" - we stand still; at the signal: "Go!" - we walk; at the signal: "Car!" - we hold the steering wheel in our hands.

Second junior group

Game "Merry tram"

We are funny trams

We don't jump like bunnies

We ride the rails together.

Hey, sit down with us, whoever needs it!

Children are divided into two teams. One team - trams. The tram driver holds a hoop in his hands. The second team is passengers, they take their places at the bus stop. Each tram can carry only one passenger, who takes his place in the hoop. The final stop is on the opposite side of the hall.

Game - attraction "Attention, pedestrian"

To play this game, you need three wands, painted in three colors of traffic lights.

The traffic controller - the teacher - shows the children, who are lined up in front of him in a row, alternately one of the three wands. The participants of the game, when they see a red rod, take a step back, when they see a yellow one, they stand, and when they see a green one, they take two steps forward. Anyone who makes a mistake is fined by the regulator - deprived of the right to participate in the game. The winner is the one who has never made a mistake. A chip is awarded to the winner.

Game "Catch - do not catch"

The participants of the game, 6-8 people, line up in a line half-step from each other. The presenter is 4-5 steps away from the players with the ball, throws it to any player, while pronouncing words, for example: “road”, “crossing”, “road sign”, etc. (in this case, the ball must be caught, or words denoting any other object (in this case, the ball should not be caught).

The one who is wrong takes a step forward, but continues to play. If he fails again, he is eliminated from the game. It is very important that the driver first utters a word and then throws the ball.

Middle group

The game "I walk along the path"

Players walk along the path, calling at each step, for example, the names of road signs, etc. The winner is the one who took more steps and called more words.

The game "Whoever was named - he catches"

The players are arranged in a circle. In the center is a traffic controller (driving). He calls out the name of one of those standing in the circle and throws the ball to him. The person named catches the ball, names some form of transport and throws the ball to the controller. The one who did not catch the ball, or did not say the word, becomes the driver. The winner is the one who has never been a traffic controller.

Game "traffic controller"

While walking in a column one by one, the teacher (he goes first) changes the position of his hands: to the side, to the belt, up, behind the head, behind the back. Children perform all movements behind him, except for one - hands on the belt. This movement is prohibited. The one who makes a mistake breaks down, stands at the end of the column and continues the game. After some time, another is declared a prohibited movement.

Senior group

Spider web game

Children sit in a circle. The driver, the traffic controller, has a ball of thread in his hands. He throws a ball to any of the children, naming the cause of accidents on the roads: "Sasha, walking along the carriageway is dangerous if there is a sidewalk," Sasha holds the thread, and throws the ball further: "Sergei! An unexpected exit from a standing car can lead to an accident, "Sergei holds the thread, and throws the ball further:" Olya! The games of children on the roadway are very dangerous. "

When all the children take part in the game, they have a "spider web" in their hands and a long story about the causes of accidents on the roads.

Traffic light game

The field is limited from 4 sides (it depends on the number of players, like a footpath, which you cannot run out of. The driver in the center of the playing field, turning away, assigns a color, those players who have this color on their clothes calmly pass, the rest - "violators" must run across the "road", the salted "offender" becomes the driver.

"I am a literate pedestrian"

Objectives: To teach children to analyze situations on the road; reinforce in children the skills of safe behavior on the streets of the city; develop thinking, attention, observation.

Material: Two sets of situation cards, road signs.

Game progress:

The child is encouraged to first consider the dangerous situations that may occur on the road; if the child answers correctly, then he is asked to independently find the desired sign in accordance with the situation on the card.

Preparatory group

Find a Pair

The players are given strips of paper with images of road signs. Without speaking, everyone should find a mate, that is, a partner with the same picture. Couples become in a circle. Complications: Each couple tells what their road sign means.

Game "Buses"

“Buses” are teams of children “driver” and “passengers”. Flags are placed 6-7 m from each team. At the command "March!" the first players with a brisk step (no running) go to their flags, go around them and return to the columns, where the second players join them, and together they do the same path again, etc. The players hold each other by the elbows. When the bus (front player - "driver") returns to the seat with a full complement of passengers, it must blow the whistle. The first team to arrive at the final stop wins.

Game "We rent for the driver's license"

The game involves 5-7 people: a traffic inspector and drivers. The players choose the driver (traffic inspector). He is given road signs (from the set of "Wall road signs", its meaning is written on the back of the sign. The traffic inspector shows the road signs (familiar to children, changing them one by one, and the drivers explain the meaning of the signs. For the correct answer, they receive a point (a colored token is given, A piece of cardboard) At the end of the game, it is calculated which of the drivers received the most tokens, he is awarded the title of driver of the 1st class, the others respectively of the driver of the 2nd and 3rd class.

The first place winner becomes a traffic inspector.

The game repeats itself.

STEP CAUTION

You can't play on the pavement!

After all, you risk your head!

On the pavement - do not play, do not ride,

If you want to stay healthy!

Hey driver be careful!

It is impossible to go fast.

Appendix 4

When leaving home:

If at the entrance of the house the movement of vehicles is possible, immediately draw the attention of the child to this and together see if a car, motorcycle, moped, bicycle is approaching you

If there are vehicles at the entrance or trees are growing blocking the view, stop your movement and look around - there is no danger

When driving on the sidewalk:

Stick to the right side of the sidewalk

Can't see the child at the edge of the sidewalk. An adult must be on the side of the carriageway

The child has to hold on to the hand

Teach your child, walking on the sidewalk, to carefully observe the exit from the yard or from the territory of the enterprise

Explain to the children that throwing the carriageway (stones, glass, etc.) and damaging road signs can lead to accidents.

Do not teach children to go out on the roadway; carry strollers and sleds with children only on the sidewalk

When crossing the carriageway:

Cross the road only at pedestrian crossings and intersections, otherwise the child will get used to cross wherever necessary

Go only to the green traffic light. The child should know that it is impossible to cross the road at the red and yellow lights, even if there is no transport

When passing to the roadway, stop talking. The child must learn that talking is unnecessary.

Don't rush and don't run

Do not cross the road obliquely, emphasize and show your child every time that you are going straight across the street

Do not go out on the road from behind a vehicle or because of bushes without first looking at the street

Do not rush to cross the road if you see friends or relatives, the desired bus or trolleybus on the other side. Do not rush and do not run to them, inspire the child that it is dangerous

Do not start crossing a street that is rarely used by vehicles without looking around. Explain to your child that cars can unexpectedly drive out of the lane, out of the yard

When crossing the carriageway along an unregulated crossing in a group of people, teach the child to carefully monitor the start of traffic, otherwise the child may get used to imitate the behavior of satellites when crossing, without observing the traffic

When boarding and disembarking from public transport:

Come out ahead baby

Approach for boarding the door only after a complete stop of the transport

Do not board public transport at the last minute when it departs

Teach your child to be attentive in the stopping area - this is a dangerous place for a child. A standing bus reduces visibility in this area

While waiting for public transport:

Stand with children only on landing sites, and when they are not on the sidewalk or shoulder

When traveling by public transport:

Teach children to hold on tightly to the handrails so that when braking the child does not get injured from an impact

Explain to your child that you can only enter and exit any form of transport when he is standing.

Tips for parents

You have a child in your arms. Be careful: it blocks your view of the street.

You are taking the child on a sled. Be careful: the sled can topple over and the child can get onto the road.

You are taking the child in the car. The child should be seated in the back on a special seat designed for transporting children.

You are standing at a bus stop waiting for the bus. Stay away from the bus until it stops completely. The child may stumble and fall under the wheels.

You enter the bus with your child. The child is the first to enter the salon, then the adult, since children cannot be left unattended even for a second.

You get off the bus. An adult comes out first, then a child, as he can stumble and fall off the steps or run out onto the road.

You and your child are crossing the roadway where there is no traffic light. Cross the street on a special walkway for pedestrians, holding your child firmly by the hand.

You walk around a parked car with your child. It is better to move away from it, as the car obscures the view and the child thinks that the danger does not threaten him.

Protocol No. ___

Every year the traffic intensity on the roads of Russia is increasing, and at the same time the number of road accidents is increasing. The increase in the number of injured children is of particular concern, therefore, familiarization of preschoolers with the rules of the road plays an important role in preventing injuries on the roads.

The sharp increase in the motorization of cities in recent years gives rise to many problems, among which road traffic injuries are increasingly acquiring the character of a "national catastrophe". This definition was given at a meeting of the working group on the protection of children's health under the Government Commission for the Protection of Citizens' Health.

According to the traffic safety department of the State Traffic Inspectorate, damage only from death, injury to people and damage to vehicles in road accidents is comparable to the revenue side of the budget and amounts to about 15% of its value in Russia as a whole. In some regions, the value of this indicator reaches 30-40%. The total number of deaths in road accidents over the past 10 years is equivalent to the population of the average regional center of the country, and the annual number of victims of road accidents is many times greater than the number of victims of natural disasters and man-made disasters.

Children are a special category of victims of road traffic accidents. According to averaged data, 1,500 minors are killed and 24,000 are injured on the streets and roads of the country every year.

In the Russian Federation, the number of accidents involving children under the age of 14 per 10 thousand vehicles is almost 10 times higher than in the UK, 30 times higher than in Italy, and 20 times higher than in France, and Germany.

According to the statistics of the OGIBDD of the Starooskolskiy Department of Internal Affairs for 12 months of 2007, 39 road accidents involving children occurred in the territory of the Starooskolskiy city district, in which 41 children received injuries of varying severity. During the same period, 16 accidents were registered due to traffic violations by children, in which 17 children were injured, one child died.

The predisposition of children to accidents on the road is due to the characteristics of psychophysiological development, such as:

Instability and rapid depletion of the nervous system;

Failure to adequately assess the situation;

Rapid formation and disappearance of conditioned reflexes;

The predominance of excitation processes over inhibition processes;

The predominance of the need for movement over caution;

The desire to imitate adults;

Lack of knowledge about the sources of hazards;

Lack of the ability to separate the main from the secondary;

Reassessment of your capabilities in a real situation;

Inadequate response to strong harsh stimuli, etc.

To organize the prevention of child road traffic injuries (DDTT), it is necessary to take into account in their work that the effectiveness of and. accordingly, the directions of preventive measures are closely related to the age characteristics of children.

  • Road users must be aware of some road signs.
  • Pedestrians are allowed to walk only on the right side of the sidewalk, and where there is no sidewalk - along the edge of the carriageway, on country roads - along the left edge (left sidewalk).
  • Pedestrians should cross the street (road) at a step in those places where there are lines or signs of crossings, and where they are not - at street crossings along the sidewalk line.
  • If there are pedestrian tunnels or bridges, pedestrians should only use them.
  • The motor road of the settlement should be crossed only in areas where it is clearly visible.
  • Before crossing the street (road), pedestrians must make sure that they are completely safe.
  • It is forbidden to cross the path for approaching vehicles.
  • Special care should be taken when avoiding vehicles and other obstacles that limit the view of the roadway. The tram must always be bypassed in front.
  • Waiting for a bus, trolleybus, tram, taxi is allowed at the landing sites, and where there are none, on the sidewalk (roadside).
  • Where traffic is regulated, it is possible to go out onto the carriageway to cross the street (road) only with a green traffic light signal, a light indicator, or with a permissive gesture from a traffic police inspector standing sideways to pedestrians.

Work on the prevention of child road traffic injuries must be built in accordance with the plan (Appendix 1), which is drawn up for the academic year.

  • when familiarizing children with the rules of the road, a connection should be established between all sections of the program;
  • carry out work systematically, gradually complicating the program requirements from group to group, taking into account the abilities of the children;
  • to bring up independence in children, the ability to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom in everyday life.

Educators need to know:

  • traffic rules for pedestrians and requirements for traveling with a group of children on the streets, roads and in transport;
  • requirements for traveling with a group of children;
  • a group of children may only be driven on the sidewalk or left shoulder in no more than two rows, accompanied by three adults. It is advisable that children have no objects in their hands;
  • it is allowed to cross the street only in places where there are lines or signs, or at intersections along the line of continuation of sidewalks (in this case, the educator, having reached the middle of the carriageway, with a raised red flag warns transport drivers about a column of children crossing the street, as long as the children will not pass);
  • it is recommended to use a colored rope for an organized crossing of the street with children of younger preschool age, for which children hold on both sides.
  • bicycles on the streets and roads are allowed for persons over 14 years of age.

In each of the age groups, target walks provide their own tasks, approximate topics and frequency of conduct (Appendix 4).

"The most precious thing a person has is life"

N.A. Ostrovsky

Security issues are currently of great importance at the state level.

The primary task, starting with a preschool institution, and even earlier, with a family, is to foster respect for their health, the skill of safe behavior on the road and a competent pedestrian. A preschool institution is the first stage of education, therefore there is a special need to develop a whole system of work for all participants in the educational process.

For this purpose, it is necessary to timely increase the competence of the teaching staff, parents, teach pupils to a safe lifestyle in difficult conditions of road problems. The relevance of this problem is determined by the needs and existing contradictions between:

  • the need to inform the child earlier about the rules of · safe behavior on the road, mastering the relevant knowledge and skills, and the lack of educational programs for teaching children the basics of life safety from early preschool age;
  • the need for the child to accumulate experience of safe behavior on the road in practice and the forced measure of restricting children in the right to leave the territory of the kindergarten in order to preserve children's health;
  • the need for purposeful work with parents and an insufficient level of knowledge and skills of teachers.

The emerging contradictions make it possible to search for non-traditional forms of work on a par with traditional ones. So, in our kindergarten, themed actions have become especially popular and effective: "Make way", "Good road to you, driver", "Caring parent", the creation of a laptop "Studying traffic rules", "Day of Remembrance of Road Traffic Victims", "Fasten your seat belts" other. Promotions are held with the obligatory participation of children, parents and teachers. We carry out joint activities with children and parents: entertainment, leisure, competitions "We are driving, driving, driving", the game-competition "Road Alphabet", "Red, yellow, green", etc. We organize exhibitions-collections, thematic exhibitions of transport, exhibitions of didactic games and game aids.

Competitions are an integral part of the organization of work with children: at the institutional level, we hold contests for coloring books, drawings "Steering wheel, pedals, brakes and four wheels", "Safety kaleidoscope", "Walking fun together", "Experts in traffic rules". At the municipal level, children take an active part in competitions, are winners and prize-winners: "Happy starts", "There, on unknown paths", "Higher, stronger, faster", "The sun in the spokes", "My dad is a policeman", " Safe wheel ". At the all-Russian level: "Simple rules", "Smart pedestrian".

Working with parents is one of the most important areas of upbringing and educational work in kindergarten. It is very important for the well-being of the child to choose a clear cooperation strategy. After all, the range of problems related to the safety of a child cannot be solved only within the framework of a kindergarten. Therefore, close contact with parents is necessary, because they are interested partners, active assistants in working with children in this area. Nothing brings up with such persuasiveness as a clear example of adults.

In order to increase parental competence in the formation of the foundations of the safe behavior of children, we use various forms, methods and techniques of work: information stands, a kindergarten website, viewing open classes, role-playing games, quizzes, tests "I know by applying, I am setting an example", contests for the production of models, wall newspapers, propaganda posters.

To improve the competence of teachers, we conduct pedagogical councils, pedagogical Tuesdays, master classes, workshops, consultations, business games, analysis of problem situations and, of course, competitions.

Thus, the systematic work of adults (parents and teachers) makes it possible, in a complex, to solve the problems of teaching children safe behavior on the road, to bring up a conscious respect for their health, to lay the foundations of a competent road user.

Explanatory note.

Life presents us with many new problems, among which the most urgent today is the problem of preserving the health of children and adults, ensuring the safety of life of the younger generation.

One of the most important tasks of modern education in the age of universal motorization, increasing the speed of movement, the density of traffic flows on the streets of the city, district is to ensure road safety.

Of particular importance in solving this problem is the early and correct preparation of our youngest pedestrians - children, who are already facing the most serious difficulties and dangers outside the gates of the house, and who will have to live in even more difficult conditions.

These dangers can only be avoided by appropriate upbringing and education of the child from an early age. Teaching the rules of the road gives the desired result if it is firmly connected with all areas of the educational process in kindergarten. So in the classroom on cognitive development, speech development, the formation of elementary mathematical concepts, visual activity, physical culture, musical and theatrical activities, in everyday life, children form the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure the correct behavior of children on the streets of the city, public transport and etc., culture of behavior, endurance and discipline.

Familiarization with the rules of the road should be systematic, consistently with the increasing complexity of the program requirements from group to group, from lesson to lesson.

Our task is not only to give the child a certain system of knowledge, but the most important thing is to form a strong habit in applying the knowledge gained and following the rules of behavior in everyday life.
