negative, neutral and positive feedback. Insoles Foot warmers, self-heating liners "Warm feet" - reviews

Flaws: disposable.

Review: Received my order today. To be honest, I thought they were reusable, because. studied their characteristics as tourmaline self-heating healing. That's how I was going to use it. Bought 4 pairs. One for myself and three for gifts. What I read that they are disposable killed me. Wasted money. I don't need them for once

It just so happened that New Year it was -31 frost outside. And my feet get cold even in lesser cold, so we decided to buy such insoles.

Nothing supernatural was found in the composition.

The insoles themselves are small. They barely cover the top of a small female foot.

One piece is rag.

The other is sticky.

Attached as instructed. It looks like it's getting warm. But as they went out into the street, the effect became less noticeable. And after 2 hours it completely disappeared (although it is stated that it works up to 7 hours). In short, money down the drain.

However, as soon as we got home, we threw these insoles into slippers (the feet were already very cold) and after half an hour it was difficult to keep our feet in slippers. Before that, these insoles warmed up there. Such is the effect.

The insoles ran out, but the frosts continued to stand. Therefore, we decided to replace Chinese self-heaters with domestic ones.

We buy an ordinary pepper patch (10x18 cm). The price is around 20 rubles.

Cut into 2 equal parts. Remove the protective tape and stick it on the foot. Each strip is enough to warm the foot from the heel to the toes. 7 hours, of course, they are unlikely to heat, but for the evening it will be enough for sure (although the patch says that you can walk with it for two days).

The width of the strip is also quite sufficient to keep warm. And even good for health. The choice is yours. The main thing is that you do not freeze and do not get sick.

Advantages:

Didn't find it.

Flaws:

The effect is almost zero.

Somehow, for points in the Sportmaster store, they gave me the so-called "Self-heaters", foot warmers. The time has come when I decided to test them.
It was April outside, the temperature outside was +12 degrees, sunny and windless. It doesn’t seem cold, but I washed my sneakers and they didn’t have time to dry completely, but I still had to go on business. I opened one package of foot warmers and stuck the sticky side to dry insoles in the heel area, put on thin socks and put on shoes.
The first sensations were that something foreign in the shoes, then I got used to it. After about ten minutes, I began to feel a slight warmth. I went out into the street and got into a taxi and went to the station. While getting by car, I felt only a slight heating of the heels, but, at the same time, my toes remained cold. I arrived at the station and stayed on the street for about an hour waiting for my flight, I did not feel an increase in heating, I still barely felt the heat, obviously not higher than 40 degrees. Then I got on the bus, while I was driving in a chair without moving for an hour and a half, my legs froze more than on the street and there was absolutely no feeling that I was wearing warmers. By that time, their effect had already ended. He arrived at the place, walked for another thirty minutes, went into the house, took off his shoes and tried the heating with his hands. Their temperature was no higher than the temperature of my legs, that is, barely warm. In total, I felt the heat from the self-heaters for no more than two hours from the moment I opened the package, and even then, not significant. That is, in frost, even -5, the effect would be practically zero. In my opinion, a useless means for warming, given the fact that the area of self-heating is only 30% of the area of the insole. After use, I opened one of the self-heaters in order to see the filling, inside there was a lumpy, friable substance of a dark brown color.

Neutral Feedback

Do not work without air access. Those. they didn’t work in tightly tied boots, but if you get your feet out of the boots, they warm them up. On foot, it was also slightly warmed up, apparently the leg dangled in the boot and the air still entered there.

I’ll write this way, I didn’t like the insoles, I didn’t feel the effect when riding a bike, but they can perfectly warm my feet in a sleeping bag if it’s cool.

Heating elements placed in the inner pocket of the jacket warm the interior space.

Since there was a cold snap today, I decided to use the last pair of insoles I bought. This time it seemed to me that the insoles work differently in different shoes. Those. in those boats where oxygen was better, they warmed longer. From all this I conclude that at least a little air should enter the shoes, this explains the fact that when you take them out of the shoes, they reheat

They really warm, the heat, as stated by the manufacturer, is very pleasant in the cold)))), but only in very loose shoes, if the foot presses the insole tightly and there is no access to oxygen, the insole gradually cools down (((((. A little harsh out of habit can rub the leg.So that they are not suitable for model boots.It is expensive to use every day, but if necessary it is the most))

I bought these self-heating insoles in the Karusel supermarket. I heard about them before, but I saw them for sale for the first time. These insoles were very useful to my husband, as he has to work on the street and in severe frosts even nice shoes doesn't save much. It is a pity that these insoles are for single use and after six hours of work they simply have to be thrown away. The pleasure is not cheap, but in severe frosts you can allow them to be used.

The insoles are sold in two sizes from 33 to 38 and from 39 to 45. I took women's for myself, but I couldn’t insert them into my boots, it was not comfortable for my foot.

Such insoles should be worn in comfortable, loose shoes and for those people who are outside for a long time in cold weather, they really help not to freeze.

Advantages:

warm feet, keep heat well and heat up quickly;

Flaws:

disposable; lasts no more than 6 hours;

Hello Dear friends, as well as all users of the "Otzovik" site.
What they don’t come up with now, so many interesting and useful things are on sale, I learn about most of these new products via the Internet. That's about the self-heating liners-insoles "Warm feet" I learned after reading a review about them. I was very interested in this novelty and decided that they were simply necessary for me.
I bought them at Sportmaster, I think most are familiar with this store. They cost 100 rubles, so I bought several pairs at once.
I bought them not only because of interest, the thing is that my family leads a fairly active lifestyle, not only in summer, but also in winter. I don’t understand winter without skis at all, I love them very much, and now I have introduced my husband to them. And in winter, the temperature drops quite low, and given that I'm a frostbite, I couldn't get past them.
I was able to use the insoles for the first time almost immediately after purchasing them. With friends went to the countryside to rest.
The insoles start working as soon as you open them. To be honest, I did not initially think that they would self-heat so well. And while I was driving in the car, they warmed up a little, and when they went out into the street, they began to heat up more. It's just a miracle technology).
They warmed for about 5-6 hours, the legs were warm for both me and my husband. The instructions for self-heating insoles say that they heat up to 42 degrees. Of course, I didn’t measure it, but I can say that my feet never got cold that day.
The insoles are made neatly, the material is pleasant to the touch.
As for the internal filling, due to which the whole process of self-heating occurs, it consists of: water, wood flour, iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon, sodium chloride.
Well, now let me summarize and consider all the advantages and disadvantages of self-heating insoles-insoles "Warm feet".
Advantages:
- warm feet, keep heat well and heat up quickly;
- made qualitatively;
- available for sale;
- safe.
Flaws:
- disposable;
- enough for no more than 6 hours;
- if you use it all the time, it's expensive.
After weighing the pros and cons, I still recommend these self-heating insoles. Of course, use them every day in winter period will not be beneficial. But if you buy these for walking, for sports, then the insoles will help the legs stay warm. For my family, I will definitely buy a few more pairs for next winter.
Thank you all for your attention and for reading my review! Have a good mood and have a good day!

Positive reviews

Self-heating insoles are thin and comfortable in any shoes. An indisputable advantage is their absolute autonomy from energy sources. They warm decently. In cold weather, their feet will never freeze with them. If you have to be in the air for a long time, take a few pieces to change

I’ll immediately note to myself: I don’t like to walk on cold days / evenings, and in general to walk. I have a car that I use to quickly move around shops/work/fitness. I don’t see the street, I’m a person out of the box (apartment / office), although I understand that walking is useful and so on.

I had to go on an excursion that takes place once a year and in October, so there was no choice to transfer it to a warmer period, but the desire to attend this event overcame and I got out of my box))). I dressed up in winter clothes ski suit), because the tour was in the open air without the possibility of warming up anywhere. It was planned to wear felt boots on my feet, but it was in early October and I was afraid that it would still be wet there and chose rubber boots, but rubber boots at 0 degrees are a bit cold and I turned to the Sportmaster store for "warmth". There were a lot of warming things in the assortment: both for hands and feet, and not even insoles, but foot pads (apparently some of the feet freeze). I bought insoles, because I was planning to take pictures and hand warming was not appropriate (uncomfortable). We arrived at the place, I opened the insoles and put them in boots, I felt a slight warmth of the foot and got scared, but what about the rest of the leg ??? But 10 minutes passed and the whole leg became warm, even hot. We were in the wind for 2.5 hours, during all this time my friends froze and asked to go back, and I was pleased with the result of the insoles and was ready to take another walk. Yes, the price is 149 rubles. for a 2 hour walk, but I think cold medicine is more expensive + how many days you miss due to illness. As part of tourmaline, I don’t know what it is, but it was very warm))))

Such self-heaters are sold in the Sportmaster chain of stores, and often during the cold season, sellers actively offer them. And they don't offer it in vain.

The most important thing is to use them correctly. They contain wood flour, activated carbon, iron powder, which, when reacting with oxygen, release heat.

Naturally, the validity of such a pad is limited to 6 hours, depending on the external temperature. In order for such self-heaters to work better, before using them, open the package, stick it on the insole (in shoes) and wait at least 5 minutes. According to my observations, when reacting with warm air, subsequently, even in the most severe frost, self-heating lasts longer. Well, if you open them in the cold and put them in your shoes, then their validity period is no more than two hours. Especially if you are wearing them. tight shoes and oxygen access to the pad - there is no self-heating, also - no more than 2 hours.

It works and the contrast is especially funny, the face is cold, and the legs are "in fiery hell." It saves frozen people (including me) during winter walks, picnics, if you often have to hang around for a long time at stops in winter, waiting public transport, during long winter trips on buses and trains.

Another interesting discovery of mine is during late hiking trips (end of August, beginning of September), do not be lazy, throw a couple of packs into your backpack. If you get cold at night - stick heating inside your sleeping bag, and I assure you, it will be warm and joyful for almost a day inside it. Checked!

You don’t have to go far, I bought heating pads at OK today. They’re called insoles for the feet. I put them on right at work, I couldn’t resist. I came home and are still warming.

Advantages:

warm feet.

Flaws:

Good day to all!
Today I decided to share my opinion about warm feet insoles.
Quite an interesting find, which I really liked sometimes helps out from cold weather.
When opening the package, they begin to heat up instantly, so you should not open it in advance, otherwise the use time will decrease.
In the insoles is some chemical composition and when exposed to air, they begin to warm up. They keep warm for an average of 3 hours, but of course it also depends on the shoes.
They are made to the highest quality. Well, what can I say, I liked them, I advise you to try these insoles. They do their job!

Advantages:

Safe! Not expensive, keep warm for a long time.

Flaws:

Disposable, made abroad.

This product is sold in Sportmaster. Together with hand and foot pads that heat up on their own. The composition of the product is completely non-toxic substances, namely: vermiculite, activated carbon, sodium chloride, iron powder, wood flour and water. Manufacturer China. The package must be opened immediately before use. After opening the package, the substances included in the composition under the action of air begin to oxidize and heat up. Heating pads are disposable and are not reused, because the chemicals will no longer interact with each other. But as a person with the education of a chemist, I would like to analyze their composition in more detail. So, let's begin.
Vermiculite is a mineral from the group of hydromicas, with a layered structure. When heated, threads of golden or silver color are formed. Thermal insulation products are made from vermiculite. So it retains heat well.
Activated carbon is a porous substance, it is obtained from organic substances that contain carbon (charcoal). Like a filter.
Sodium chloride is the sodium salt. In our everyday life, the reagent is known as table salt. Sodium chloride acts as a catalyst that speeds up the reaction.
Iron powder is a reducing agent, and oxygen is an oxidizing agent. Under the action of water and oxygen, it begins to actively oxidize and releases heat.
Wood flour is ground wood. used as a filler to give products increased mechanical strength. Well, it is used as a catalyst.
I won't describe the water.
So I didn't find anything dangerous. I think I described in an accessible language. I recommend to use.

Advantages:

Really warm

Flaws:

Details:

Self-heating insoles attracted my attention very much in Sportmaster. The cost of insoles is 99 rubles. The insoles are disposable, meaning they can be used once for up to 6 hours. The insoles are activated by contact with air, so if the insoles are in this moment are not needed, they cannot be opened.

I did this: I got dressed and immediately inserted the insoles into my boots and went out into the cold -17 degrees. The insoles heated up sharply and were very hot, so much so that it was impossible to sit down (it burns the sole very much). After 4 hours of use, the insoles began to cool down and it was very noticeable. Arriving home, I took out absolutely cold insoles and wrapped them tightly in a bag, and over time they became a little warm. On the second day I put them back in my boots and they were a little warm.

In general, very a good thing for standing in the cold, but it is very expensive 99 rubles per day.

And we didn’t wear shoes, after a while of being in the cold, the fingers begin to freeze treacherously, and not a single walk in this situation is a joy. Many people have discovered a great solution to this problem. They use "Self-Heating" foot warmers.

The perfect solution for cold winters

The climate in our country is very severe. In most cities, winter manifests itself in all its glory with huge snowdrifts and severe frosts. On the one hand, it's so cool! You can take a break from the summer heat, take a walk in the cold, pinching your nose, build a snowman and go sledding. But, alas, after 20-30 minutes of being in the cold, the legs begin to get very cold and any desire to walk disappears.

If you can leave the walk at any time, then what about working in the cold? If you, for example, work in the market, then in winter it is very easy to freeze your feet if you stand in one place for several hours in a row.

All these problems can be solved in one fell swoop using the Self-Heating foot warmers. They resemble simple insoles that are placed in shoes and gently warm the feet without burning them. Once walking with such cozy heating pads, you will no longer want to refuse them, and will return to them every winter again and again.

How do heaters work?

Many people are afraid of "Self-heaters" because they do not understand the principle of their work. Let's deal with it so that you can understand that nothing terrible and dangerous happens in heating pads.

A special mixture of activated carbon, iron powder, sodium chloride and other safe and environmentally friendly materials is sewn into the heater material. Such a mixture reacts very interestingly to oxygen. Upon contact with oxygen, it begins to gradually warm up to small temperature and keeps warm for a long time.

In many countries, they have long tried to create something similar, but all the heating pads received were expensive and ineffective. But the familiar version was invented in Japan. Surprisingly, it is not only effective, but also inexpensive due to the simple materials from which it is created.

Who are heaters for?

Self-heaters are a great solution for many people. They are suitable for:

  • people who spend a lot of time outdoors in winter;
  • little children whose tiny feet are so susceptible to cold;
  • those who have impaired blood circulation in the limbs, there is stagnation of blood and impaired blood flow;
  • sick colds and hypothermia.

Advantages

Foot warmers "Self-heating" have a huge range of advantages. Let's get to know them.

  1. These heaters heat up very quickly. Literally 10-20 minutes is enough, and you can put them in your shoes.
  2. Using them is as simple as possible (read the instructions to see for yourself).
  3. Warmers are made of environmentally friendly materials and components, so you can safely put them in children's shoes.
  4. Since the "Self-Heating" foot warmers are disposable, this eliminates even the slightest chance of transmitting infections through them, including fungal ones.
  5. The operating time of one heating pad is 5-7 hours. The exact time depends on three factors: the location of the heating pad, the material of your shoes, and the amount of your movement. Thus, one pair of heating pads will be enough for almost the entire working day.

Unfortunately, the “Self-heating” foot warmers have not yet been made reusable, they all remain disposable, but given their low cost, this is not a problem. Moreover, you can buy yourself a whole set at once, for example, from 10 pairs, if you are planning a trip to a ski resort, and you will have enough of such a set for the whole vacation.

By the way, many people are frightened by the fact that such heating pads are made in China. Poor quality Chinese stuff is just a stereotype. Once you get acquainted with the composition of the product and at least once test it on yourself, you will understand that this product is of very high quality.

Instructions for use

If you have purchased Self-Heating foot warmers, the instruction is the first thing you should read. In fact, there is nothing complicated in it, but following each step of the instructions will help you get the desired result to the fullest.

It is necessary to open the individual packaging of the heating pad immediately before the moment of its use. As soon as you open the package and the heating pad material comes into contact with air, the heating pad will begin to heat up. Let her "breathe" the air for 10-20 minutes.

It remains only to remove the protective film from reverse side and glue the heating pad to the sock at the top of the foot. Now you can safely put on your boots (such heating pads are designed exclusively for use inside shoes, the only way they will keep their heat).

The heating temperature of the heating pad is 42 degrees. This means that your legs will not be "fried" at all like on a fire. They will be enveloped in soft and gentle warmth, as if you are sitting at home in warm woolen socks in front of a fireplace. After you have returned home and the heating pad has stopped heating, it must be disposed of as normal household waste. This device is not intended for multiple use.

As you can see, it is not at all difficult to use the Self-Heating foot warmers. How to use, you know, now just take these handy little things and go on an exciting winter walk through the snowdrifts!

Warming insoles is a product modern technologies. Such insoles generate and retain heat for at least 6 hours even in the most severe frost. They can be used when you are outdoors for a long time, for example: hiking, fishing, hunting, while skating or skiing. Warming insoles are used for long-term work on the street in winter.

Invented miracle insoles in Japan. Russian specialists have significantly improved the manufacturing technology and now these luxury items are available to the general public. The special composition of the insoles reacts with oxygen in the air, heating occurs immediately after the removal of the protective film. If during use the heat has ceased to flow, then you can remove the insoles from the shoes and slightly wrinkle them in your hands so that the supply of oxygen resumes.

Compound:

Self-heating insoles include only environmentally friendly substances that are safe for health and the environment. The conductor of heat is iron powder. This substance is of natural origin and is widely used in industry and, in particular, in medicine.

In addition, it is used Activated carbon which ensures the absorption of excess moisture and unpleasant odors. Activated carbon is a well-known component that is used even in the food industry and is absolutely harmless to human health. In addition to coal, special insoles are used to absorb odors and moisture. wood flour.

Used as a heat insulator vermiculite. It prevents heat loss, does not allow it to dissipate in vain into the surrounding atmosphere. Thus, the heat is directed only to the legs.

The product includes salt and sodium chloride. These substances inhibit the heating process, preventing the creation of excess heat. This extends the life of the insoles and they do not overheat when used. The likelihood of burns is absolutely excluded, which makes the insoles safe to use and comfortable to use.

How to use self-heating insoles:

Open the package, remove the protective film and wait for a while until the chemical composition of the insoles begins to react with air and they heat up to operating temperature. After that, insert the insoles into the shoes. Energy intensity lasts for 6 hours or more, depending on the temperature outside and the quality of the shoes. It is necessary to use warming insoles (self-warming) with a sock, or with a stocking. It is not recommended to wear shoes with such insoles on bare feet.

Warming insoles are available in different sizes. They can be used by both adults and children.

What does the word mean self-heaters- if you split the word, it will work self and heats it means self-heating or self-heating.
