Simple volumetric paper hearts

See how original this wall decor looks!

In order to do decorative composition from hearts, prepare:

  • sheets of colored paper (not necessarily only red);
  • scissors;
  • pencil;
  • glue.

⇒ Step 1. Draw hearts of different sizes on a piece of paper. You can use a template to keep the shape of the heart neat and correct. Use scissors to cut out each piece.

⇒ Step 2. Make a small notch at the top of the shape, bend the edges slightly inward. Apply a small amount of PVA glue on the edges.

⇒ Step 3. With your fingers, grab the edges with glue and press well against each other on the back of the heart.

⇒ Step 4. Leave the glued edges on for a couple of minutes.

⇒ Step 5... Repeat steps 2-4 for the rest of the hearts.

Hearts can first be glued to a sheet of cardboard, and then hang the composition on the wall. Alternatively, attach directly to the wall with double-sided tape. If the convex shape of the heart makes it difficult to securely attach it to the wall, glue a paper corner on the inside, like this:

Volumetric origami hearts

The origami technique offers a lot of options for how to make various figures, including volumetric hearts. We have chosen the cutest, rounded and smoothest for you. This volumetric shape is achieved by ... inflating the heart with air!

For work, you only need scissors and colored double-sided paper.

Detailed step-by-step instruction displayed in the photos below.

Fold a square piece of paper in half, then in half again and unfold.

Bend the corners as shown in the photos.

The final touch - inflate the heart through the hole at the bottom!

Box-shaped hearts

How do you like these hearts made in the form of a box? This technique can be used to make holiday packaging for a small gift. However, as an original craft, such hearts look very interesting, resembling pixel drawings.

Required materials and tools:

  • thick paper (for gift wrapping - cardboard);
  • scissors;
  • ruler.

⇒ Step 1. Print or redraw the template onto the paper.

⇒ Step 2. Cut it out with scissors or stationery knife(with an X-Acto knife). Fold over the areas to be glued. Use a ruler to help you fold thick paper more easily.

⇒ Step 3. Bend the main part of the heart along the lines using a ruler. Fold the figurine into one piece. Apply a thin layer of glue to the corresponding protrusions, glue the heart.

If you are making a box, then fold the protrusions for gluing into the box, and a tongue can be attached to the "lid" on the side to easily open it.

Love and heart are inseparable concepts. To love means to be ready to sacrifice everything for a loved one, to be ready to give your heart without a trace. Apparently, this is why it is customary to give valentines in the form of hearts on Valentine's Day. In this case, hearts can be made from various materials, different color and all kinds of shapes and sizes. Let's say your child wants to surprise their classmates on February 14th. Invite him to make a voluminous valentine, consisting of several multi-colored hearts at once. If desired, you can write on each of them pleasant words for the closest friends. The process of creating such rainbow 3D hearts is shown in this master class.

Before work, we will prepare:

Sheets of colored paper;

Pencil;

Scissors;

A ruler.

Our hearts will be of different sizes. To make them smoother, you need to prepare a template in advance. To do this, bend a sheet of white paper in half, and then draw the outline of the half of the heart. In parallel, it is necessary to draw several hearts of different sizes.

After that, we cut out our template.

Now with its help we draw, and then we cut out the most a big heart, we will have it green.

Then we need to shrink our heart template. We do this with scissors.

After that, cut out one heart from paper of a different color.

Then we cut out a couple of smaller hearts - red and blue. In this case, we need to glue the red onto the orange one.

By the same principle, we cut out of paper and make 2 more hearts smaller - pink and yellow. The pink heart must be glued onto the blue one.

Finally, for the yellow heart, cut out the smallest one and glue it.

Now we need to make a foundation for each heart. It will be the same color as the hearts. Therefore, for the orange heart, we prepare paper of this color.

Cut out a rectangle, the width of which will correspond to the width of the heart.

Fold the orange rectangle in half. The fold is at the top.

We put a heart on top of it so that its upper edge protrudes slightly beyond the fold line. We outline the contour with a pencil.

This is how we should succeed.

Cut with scissors.

In expanded form, our workpiece looks like this.

Bend its right edge to the center.

We apply glue to this small corner.

After that, glue the orange heart.

By the same principle, we make bases for other hearts - blue and yellow.

Now you can start assembling our valentine. To do this, first unfold the orange heart.

On the reverse side blue heart we apply glue.

We glue it on top of the orange one.

Fix the yellow heart in the same way.

We carefully fold all the hearts.

It remains to glue them onto a large green heart.

If all the hearts are sequentially expanded, then we get a volumetric rainbow valentine.

Wonderful and very simple 3D card "Flower-heart" - a good option creative work for kindergarten children for Valentine's Day. Children are able to make such an original and cute surprise for their mother, grandmother, sister, to please all dear people.

For work you will need:

  • Green cardboard for the base of the postcard;
  • Green paper or cardboard for leaves (a slightly different shade is possible);
  • Red or pink paper for a flower-heart;
  • A simple pencil, scissors, glue stick.

How to make a 3D card "Flower-heart"?

It's very simple and fast. First, fold the prepared green cardboard in half. The size can be absolutely any. On a sheet of cardboard, half or even a quarter of it. The main thing is that the segment is rectangular.

In the center of the folded cardboard, on the side of the fold, you need to make two parallel cuts, which will later be the stem of the flower. The width depends on the size of the postcard so that the stem is not very wide, but not too thin.

The cuts are made, now the resulting double strip needs to be bent up and smoothed the fold. This will define the boundaries of the future stem.

Open the cardboard and redirect the cut inward, while making folds in the center and sides of the strip so that it looks like a stand with a right angle. The base-frame of the 3d postcard is ready.

Prepare two rectangles cut from red colored paper. Fold them in half, and then one of them also in the center of the other. On the top, draw a half heart, starting from the fold.

Cut along the contour and you will get two identical hearts at once.

Cut two simple leaves out of green paper or cardboard.

Everything is ready, it's time to start creating a 3D postcard for Valentine's Day.

To do this, first glue one heart to the stem, and then on the other side, the other. You need to try to glue them as close to each other as possible so that there is no gap.

Now add the leaves below and the 3d flower card in the form of a heart is ready.

Children can experiment with in different shades green frame and leaves, perhaps someone will like it more in turquoise or blue... The flower itself can also be different - pink, red, orange.

Origami heart made of paper

POWDER INFLATABLE.

Here in the photo below we see a beautiful paper heart made of paper, which is filled with air and due to this it turns out to be plump like a bun.

The basis for this origami heart is a regular square of paper - red on both sides. Office crane paper is suitable. We fold the square two times in half - vertically and horizontally. We get a strip (square folded in half) in which the line of the previous fold is visible in the middle. Now we raise the corners of this strip - not reaching half a centimeter to the center line (fold).

Turn the craft over - so that it lies with the top of the triangle up. And now we raise the edges of the lowered flaps up - flush with the sides of the triangle.

Now lower the edges of the sashes just raised again. We raised them only to get fold lines. And now we bend both corners of the triangle (left and right) with a sharp edge to the beginning of this fold line (which we just got). We get the upper triangular ears.

Now you need to raise the corners - sticking out below the ears. Bend these corners up. And then hide it under the upper ears.

Here are the finishing touches of this simple origami paper heart craft. We see that the craft resembles a pentagon with sharp corners on the sides. We need to smooth out these rough corners and so we knead them lightly with our fingers (as shown in the photo of the paper heart).

Now we turn over our craft-heart face up. And we notice that at the bottom of the sharp tip of the heart we have a hole. You need to blow into it - so that our heart straightens, filled with air and becomes magnificent like an airy soufflé.

HEART OF ORIGAMI

WITH WINGS

Made of red and white paper.

For this craft, we need paper that is colored red on only one side.

Here is an easy way to make such an origami heart out of paper colored red on one side.

We take an even square of paper as a basis. We bend the square in half - 2 times, vertically and horizontally. Then we straighten the square again with the white side up - 2 fold lines are obtained on it - a cross on a cross.

Raise the bottom edge of the square to the horizontal fold line in the middle. And immediately turn the craft over with the colored side up - so that the fold line of our edge is at the top. And now we bend 2 corners down to the middle vertical line - the right corner and the left corner at the bottom - it turns out as in photo 2.

We turn the craft over with the white side up - we get the position as in photo 3. And then begins what I could not decipher. No matter how I twisted the module, I could not figure out what to do with it in order to get picture 4 from picture 3. Maybe I'm stupid, but you have a bright head and you can understand how to make such an origami heart. I am publishing this step-by-step puzzle for those who like to use their brains.

I have another way out of this puzzle ... Below we see a heart that can be made with wings. If we go through this master class, we get just the stage of a heart with a piece of white paper behind. This white part can be folded like a fan and shaped like wings.

Today we will make origami, namely 3D origami heart from paper. It will look like a three-dimensional model, and in order to make it you need only cardboard and a template. Such a craft can become beautiful decoration or a wonderful gift.

You will need:

Here is a modest list of what this craft is made of:

  • Colored cardboard
  • Printer
  • Sample
  • Scissors

There are many types of origami paper and cardboard, but in this case do not bother about this. Absolutely any material is suitable (even ordinary paper for printing, A4 format), since the design is quite strong.

How to make a 3D origami heart out of paper?

This original craft is incredibly simple. In order to make this paper craft, just download and print the template and assemble it in stages. Cut off the excess cardboard along the outer lines, and bend the inner lines, as shown in the photo. After that, it is enough to assemble the craft and glue the edges.

For a change, you can use multi-colored cardboard, on which, if desired, you can apply inscriptions or wishes. Also, such a paper heart can become a case for a small gift or a note.

A small square box for a heart, which will fit two at once, will become no less original packaging for an unusual gift.

If the craft was made of white paper, you can paint it with pencils or apply neon paint that will glow in the dark.

Ready! You did it! And as they say best gift, handmade gift. And if it is still beautiful and does not take a lot of time to create, then there is no price for it at all. In addition, this craft can be done with children.
