Logical and entertaining tasks (300 tasks). The game "In the world of animals Questions for children 5 years old on various topics

Is your child going to first grade in a couple of months? He is already so mature and independent. Soon he will begin to gnaw on science and absorb knowledge ... Many mothers are very worried whether the baby is ready for school, whether it will not be hard for him there. The issue of a child's readiness for school is very important, since the first impression of the school, and the subsequent desire or unwillingness to attend it, as well as success, depend on readiness. Experts (teachers and psychologists) will help you find out how ready your child is for school. At the same time, psychological readiness for school is a very important aspect, so you should not neglect it.

Today we invite you to check the general erudition of your “5 minutes to five” student, his general level of thinking, and horizons. To do this, we offer a list of 35 questions that a child of 6 years old should answer:

  1. What is your name? Your last name? Middle name?
  2. How old are you, how old will you be in a year, and in 2 years?
  3. When's your birthday?
  4. How is your mother's name? Full name with surname and patronymic.
  5. What is dad's name? Full name with surname and patronymic.
  6. When is your mom's birthday? (it is enough to name only the month)
  7. When is your dad's birthday? (it is enough to name only the month)
  8. Where do your parents work? By whom?
  9. What country do we live in?
  10. What is the name of the city where you live?
  11. Give me your address, your mom's or dad's phone number.
  12. What to do if you suddenly get lost?
  13. What to do if you cut yourself?
  14. How much does a loaf of white (gray) bread cost?
  15. Does the apartment smell of gas? What to do?
  16. What to do if you hurt a friend?
  17. Where is the ice thicker - near the shore or in the middle of the reservoir?
  18. Why can't we, the visitors, feed the animals at the zoo?
  19. What day is today? And what will be tomorrow? What was it like yesterday?
  20. Name the seasons.
  21. How are squirrels and crows similar and how are they different?
  22. How to call it in one word: pear, rose, nettle, oak?
  23. Why is the barrier lowered before the train leaves?
  24. What time is it now?
  25. When do you go to bed?
  26. What is the name of a baby cow, sheep, horse?
  27. Why does a car need brakes?
  28. What do a hammer and an ax have in common?
  29. What is the difference between a nail and a bolt? How to distinguish them?
  30. Name 5 domestic and 5 wild animals.
  31. Name 5 cities.
  32. What kinds of transport do you know?
  33. What is the difference between an old person and a young person?
  34. Why play sports?
  35. Why go to school?

It is worth paying attention if the child cannot answer most of these questions. Perhaps he should study more, or maybe he does not understand what he is being asked, or perhaps he simply does not want to answer ... If only a few questions remain without the correct answer, then your 6-year-old has a broad outlook and has a fairly high erudition .

Select the item that matches your child's chronological age. Moreover, if the baby is four years and five months old, select the item corresponding to four years. In the questionnaire, put pluses next to those questions to which you can give positive answers, and minuses if the answers are negative.

4 YEARS

General awareness. Give your name, surname, gender; ask a question about gender in the following form: “Are you a girl or a boy?”; (positive assessment - everything is named correctly).

General understanding. Name several displayed items and a generalizing word (how can this be called in one word?); positive assessment - the generalizing word (shoes, clothes, dishes, transport) is correctly named.

Concentration of attention. Name three numbers (listen carefully, now I will name three numbers: 3, 8, 5 - repeat); positive assessment - all three numbers are correctly named.

Practical mathematical thinking. Count 4 objects (count how many cubes are in front of you); positive assessment - counted correctly and without prompting.

inductive thinking. Knowledge of the simplest geometric shapes: circle and square (what shape is the ball?, what shape is the window?); positive assessment - out of three questions, two correct answers.

Perception experience. Compare the length of the lines (prepare a set of three lines or strips of paper of different lengths, show the child two of them three times. Question: “Which is longer?”); positive assessment - with two correct answers.

5 YEARS

General awareness. What season is it now, time of day (morning, afternoon, evening); positive assessment - everything is named correctly.

General understanding. Understanding the simplest cause-and-effect relationships (why does mom wash clothes?); one question is asked; a positive assessment - with the correct answer.

Concentration of attention. Using knowledge about abstract geometric shapes (look carefully and name what round and square objects are around us); two correctly named items - a positive assessment.

Practical Mathematical Thinking. Count several items with a transition through a dozen (up to 15); (count how many cubes there are).

inductive thinking. Name the purpose of household items (what do you need a table, chair, pen, pan for?). Immediately show three objects or pictures with their images); positive assessment - the purpose of two items is correctly explained.

Perception experience. Distinguishing primary colors (what color is the pencil?). Show red, blue, yellow; a positive assessment - with an error-free answer.

Interpretation of results

If you did not put a single minus, the level of mental development of the child corresponds to the age norm.

There are two or more minuses - the development of the baby is peculiar, somewhat different than that of most peers. Therefore, it is recommended to consult a child psychologist who will give specific advice on the upbringing and education of the child.

If there is only one minus, we proceed to an additional examination.

Additional examination

The child is tested on the item that corresponds to the previous age period. The procedure is the same as in the main survey.

If there is not a single minus among the answers, the level of mental development corresponds to the age norm. There is at least one minus - it is recommended to consult a psychologist.

Do not forget: if your baby has recently turned four years old, and he has not yet learned, say, to count to four, do not panic. After all, the baby has a whole year to master this skill!

A five year old child must:

1. Know the number series from 1 to 10, preferably up to 20.
2. Solve the simplest problems for +1 and -1.
3. Be able to navigate on a plane and in space: top - bottom, right - left, forward - back.
4. Know mathematical symbols: +, -, =. Know how to arrange them correctly.
5. Correctly determine the primary colors and their shades: light, dark. Use them when drawing.
6. Know the name of the days of the week and the name of the current month.

Tests are presented for: counting from 1 to 10, counting up to 20, for solving logical problems, recognizing geometric shapes (both flat and three-dimensional), spatial arrangement of objects (inside, outside, above, below, left, right).

All parents are concerned about how their child develops, whether his development corresponds to generally accepted standards. To determine the level of mental development, there are special tests. By conducting them, parents can identify in which areas the child is lagging behind and pay more attention to this particular section of education.

It is necessary to conduct testing for the development of the child when the child is not tired, in a good active mood. It is not worth forcing a child to answer questions if he does not want to. Testing should be done in a calm, friendly environment.

Test questions:

1. What time of day is it? What's next?

2. Show the child the picture and ask them to show and name the seasons.

3. Choose and ask one of the questions, or come up with your own with the simplest cause and effect relationship.

Why does mom wash clothes?

Why is the road being crossed on a green light?

Why do you need to wash your hands before eating?
Why wear mittens in winter?

4. Ask the child to name the round and square objects that he sees around him.

5. How many items are on each card? Where is more?

6. What are these items for?

7. What is missing in the picture?

Results:
If the child answered all the questions correctly without any help, then the development of the child corresponds to his age.

If more than one question causes difficulty for the child, attention should be paid to his studies.

Questions No. 1 and No. 2 - check the general awareness of the child.

Question number 3 - assessment of the ability to perceive the surrounding reality.

Question number 4 - testing the ability to concentrate your attention.
