Children's crafts for Children's Day. Master class "Making the symbol of the International Children's Day
Friends, today is June 1st. Perhaps the most touching day of the year. Childhood day, the first day of summer and the beginning of the holidays.
And in honor of such an event, we want to please our little readers with the most unusual master classes.
We promise - the children will open their mouths in surprise.
Ice and Salt Experiment
This experience introduces children to the interaction of ice and salt - salt lowers the temperature of ice melting, and ice begins to melt on contact with salt. After observing cause and effect, children begin to ask questions and try different combinations salt, water, paint and ice.
You will need
Water
Glass or plastic mold for ice
Rock (coarse-grained, without any additives) salt
Food colors or watercolors
Pipette
Large tray with rims
Take several freezer-safe milk cartons or bowls and fill them three-quarters full with water. Place containers of water in the freezer to turn the water into ice. Remove ice from container and place on a tray. Pour liquid watercolor into small bowls or ice cube trays, and add rock salt to another small container.
Give your child an ice tray and a bowl of salt. Invite him to sprinkle salt on the ice and discuss the chemical reaction that will follow (the salt will melt holes in the ice). Then give the child watercolors, an eyedropper, and invite him to drip paint into the cracks in the ice. It will turn out very bright and beautiful. Let the child mix colors, add more salt and experiment in every possible way.
Try adding other substances to the ice, such as sugar, flour, or hot water. What happens? Place the ice on several trays and on each use different types salt: stone, table, sea. How do different salts interact with ice?
Both very small and older children can play this game. The younger ones like to transfer the colored, airy something from bowl to bowl, and those who are older, quite meaningfully and with pleasure play ice cream sellers.
You need to add a little gouache and liquid soap to the water, and then beat the mixture well with a mixer or a whisk. If there is neither one nor the other, then simply pour the mixture into a plastic jar, close with a tight lid and shake well. Play on a smooth, uncarpeted floor in your bathroom or shower.
Give your baby plastic jars, scoops, silicone molds, spoons and caps. Let him put the multi-colored mixture into containers using various tools. When the baby gets bored of shifting the foam, invite him to mix different types of "ice cream" or decorate it with various small objects (for example, buttons).
It will be interesting for a child to watch how some "decorations" fall on the surface of toy ice cream, while others go to the bottom. Just make sure that your little chef doesn't start playing ice cream taster. After some time, the foam on the "ice cream" will settle. Then you need to lightly beat it with a mixer (or cover the container with a lid and shake well).
Naked Egg Experiment
A bare egg is simply an egg without a shell. But how to "undress" him? Soak the egg in the vinegar, and the shell will melt, and the contents of the egg will remain enclosed in a thin film that the vinegar cannot dissolve. The shell of an egg consists of calcium carbonate, a base that dissolves on contact with an acid in in this case with vinegar. We see the same thing when we mix baking soda (base) with vinegar (acid). Watching an egg shed its shell is very interesting, and holding a slippery bare egg in your hands is an exciting experience in its own right.
You will need
A raw egg
Clear vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar because it is clear and inexpensive)
Glass jar for eggs (a clean jar of pickles works great)
Food coloring or liquid watercolor (optional)
Tray or plate
Prepare everything you need and inform that you are going to "strip" the egg. Invite your child to gently place the egg in the jar. If his hand does not fit into the neck, place the egg on a spoon and gently place it inside. Pour enough vinegar into the jar so that it completely covers the egg. You can add a few drops of food coloring or watercolors if you like. Leave the egg in the solution overnight.
Turn it over from time to time so that the contact with the vinegar occurs evenly. As you wait for the shell to melt, talk to your child about the experiment.
When the egg is “stripped”, it can be thrown lightly onto a plate from a small height so that it bounces. Wow, the jumping egg! Now its only shell is a thin film, so if you throw it too hard, it is possible that the table will have to be washed.
Homemade lava lamp
Remember the delight children get when they mix baking soda and vinegar? Helping your child make his own fluid bubble lava lamp is fun and will also introduce your child to the concept of a chemical reaction. In order to make a lava lamp, we need an effervescent antacid tablet.
They contain sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and lemon acid; on contact with water, they release sodium citrate and carbon dioxide. Water and oil do not mix, so when the antacid reacts with tinted water, bubbles form, which rise to the surface through the water and oil. Upon reaching the surface, the bubble bursts and the colored water sinks to the bottom again.
You will need
Clear plastic bottle
Food coloring
Vegetable oil
Water
Funnel
Effervescent antacid tablets
Place the tools and supplies on the table and ask your child to help you fill the bottle about three-quarters of its volume with vegetable oil. Use a funnel if necessary. Top up the last quarter with water, leaving 3-5 cm empty at the very top. Wait for the water to sink to the bottom of the bottle.
Now is the time to talk about the fact that oil and water do not mix and that oil is lighter than water. When the water is at the bottom, squeeze a few drops of food coloring into the bottle. Do not stir! Divide the antacid tablet into four parts and ask your child what happens if you put it in oil and water. Throw a quarter into the bottle and see what bubbles come out. When the process is over, you can add another piece of the pill, and everything will start over again.
Cap the bottle and shake it up and down well. Add antacid tablet and shake again. What will happen? Shine a flashlight on the bottle. What happens?
Drawing with cars
Transferring paint to paper with the wheels of toy cars is a new and fun way to create art.
You will need
Duct tape
Paper
Gouache
Shallow bowls or muffin tins
Toy cars and tractors
Use duct tape to attach the paper to the table so that the sheet does not move. Pour some paint into a plate and place it next to the paper. Roll the wheels of toy cars first on paint and then on paper. Roll cars in different directions.
Spread the old sheet or wallpaper outside, press the corners with stones. Roll cars on paint and paper. An older child can try to depict a figure or a scene with the wheels of cars.

Dear colleagues!
I present to your attention a master class on making a symbol International Day protection of children.
Coming June 1st. In all preschool educational institutions (our kindergarten is no exception) this day is always fun and not forced, with entertainment, soap bubbles and multi-colored crayons. I decided that this year we need to raise the flag in honor of this day.
Everyone knows that there is a symbol of the International Children's Day - a flag depicting the symbol of the planet on a green background, and five multi-colored figures around its circumference.
(The green background symbolizes fertility, growth and harmony, the planet is the common home of all children, and the colorful figures represent tolerance and diversity.)
We have a flagpole in our courtyard. So I decided, why don't we raise this flag on June 1st. Not showing and telling children about this symbol from pictures, but making it in life size, and even solemnly raise this day.
Step 1.
I bought 1 m in the store lining fabric Green colour.
(fabric width 1.5 m)
Cut off a flap size 101x67 (the aspect ratio of the flag must be 2x3).
So that the edges do not crumble, I processed them with a candle. After processing, the size became 100x66. What you need.
Step 2.
Preparation of stencils.
I drew a little man in Microsoft Word (smaller than A4 format) and cut out 5 figures.
On the Internet I found a picture with a picture of the globe. I printed it out in size smaller than A4 and cut it out.
The result is such a stencil.
I tried on a stencil on the material.
Step 3.
Drawing a pattern on the fabric.
First, I fixed the image of the globe on the fabric
and circled him.
Then I posted the images of the men
and transferred them to fabric.
Step 4.
Coloring.
To color the picture, I used acrylic paints on the fabric.
I also used a hairdryer to dry the paint quickly.
(I didn't find purple paint for the globe, so I had to mix red and blue).
I think it turned out no worse than the original.
Thank you for your attention!
I would be glad if my master class is useful to someone.

Dear friends, now we will tell you about one more type of children's crafts. To make them you will need a colored and White paper, scissors and glue. It will be about hand-made applications for children.
Below you will find detailed drawing diagrams, with step by step instructions- everything is very simple and convenient!
Application for children is a great way to spend time creatively, with benefit and fun. If you are a young parent or teacher, then the material in this article will help you keep restless children busy for a while, by making them interested in this type of crafts.
We begin our introduction to the animal world and nature, as well as acquaintance with it, with walks in the park, square or forest at a very young age. It is there that the child first gets acquainted with living things. As a rule, such an acquaintance is accompanied by a storm of emotions and delight!
To consolidate your success after such a walk, use our applications for children - your fidgets will be happy to make all the grasshoppers and ladybirds, which they have recently seen themselves.
Among other things, an applique for children can serve as an integral part of a larger craft, such as a postcard or poster. A postcard for any holiday will look much more beautiful if a similar picture flaunts on its cover, and on a poster from glued pieces of paper you can generally depict the whole picture.
Children's crafts for June 1 - Children's Day fill any corner of the school with the atmosphere of a holiday and cloudless childhood, kindergarten and at home. They seem to remind us that as a child, each of us came into contact with creativity and learned to express our feelings and thoughts through art.
Over time, this skill could get lost in a series of routine activities, but for every young child, creativity is an integral part of life.
Craft for June 1 from paper - "Children surround the Earth"
School days for Children's Day are already over, and kids attending kindergarten are more likely to make crafts for this holiday.
Crafts for a kindergarten for Children's Day should be relatively simple to manufacture, but at the same time be quite effective. Therefore, it is better to take strong, bright and, possibly, even unusual materials as its basis. We suggest making a craft using bright double-sided sheets of cardboard and an unnecessary CD.
The first step is to trace the disc on a pale green cardboard sheet.
Using a template, cut these people out of cardboard. different colors- black, blue, red, yellow and white.
Glue the green circle onto the surface of the CD using durable stationery glue, and place the two people around the perimeter so that it looks like they are holding each other's hands.
Use a curly hole punch and cut colorful paper flowers. They will need to decorate the "meadow" where the little men lead a round dance. Trees can be planted between the little men as little symbols of growing friendship.
Now another interesting part of the work - using a template, you need to cut out the face for each person from white paper.
With felt-tip pens or colored pens, draw eyes, a nose and a smiling mouth on each face.
We glue the faces to the figures of the little men.
We pass a translucent ribbon into the hole of the disk.
And we hang our craft in any suitable place.
We have made a wonderful version of the craft for Children's Day with our own hands! You can make several of these crafts if you plan to hold competitions or relay races at the holiday. The winning team will receive such unique medals as a reward, and the rest of the participants will receive a consolation prize. On the back side you can write the words of congratulations or beautiful rhyme about childhood friendship.
