Volumetric applique winter in a box. Synopsis of the lesson on artistic and aesthetic development "Winter Winter" (application in the middle group)

Master class on volumetric applique "Winter evening"

Master class on making panels using the volumetric application of polystyrene foam "Winter Evening"

Kulyasova Katya, 9 years old.
Supervisor: Muzychenko Elena Nikitichna, teacher of additional education, "Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth", children's club "Chaika", Orenburg.
Target: Creation of a volumetric foam panel with a three-dimensional image.
Tasks: Learning the concepts of perspective; consolidation of practical skills in cutting on foam.
Purpose: Interior decoration, work for an exhibition, a gift.
This panel was made in 2 hours of class in our circle. Children really like this type of creativity, firstly, it is easy to choose the degree of difficulty depending on age, the simpler the initial drawing, the easier the work, and secondly, the finished work in one lesson.

To work you will need:

Drawn picture (size A-4)
Ceiling tiles (dense, shallow relief)
Scissors
Pen
Pencil
Cutter or clerical knife
Gouache and brushes
Ceiling Tile Adhesive

The first thing we do is draw a plot for the future panel. (This picture will be at the same time a stencil for the applique). Our theme is winter, which means that the plot will be winter. This, of course, is a snow-covered forest, there is so much snow on the trees that they seem heavy, and at the edge of the forest there is a wooden hut in which the windows are glowing. Who lives in this hut? Probably the one who fashioned a funny snowman out of the snow and gave him a hat and a scarf.

Now that the plot is ready, we cut out the base of the panel. To do this, we simply attach our stencil picture to the corner of the tile and outline two sides with a pen (you need to draw with a pen, as it leaves a clear, well-visible trace).

We put the tiles on a wooden board or on a sheet of cardboard (so as not to spoil the table) and carefully cut out. We put the cut out base aside, this will be the background of our composition, on which the winter sky will be drawn.

Since the sky will be in the background, which has already been cut out, we take a stencil and cut out the trees with scissors, thereby removing the sky. We draw the resulting picture on polystyrene foam.

Carefully cut it out and set it aside too (this is the middle plan).

Now we cut out a house with a snowman in the picture (that is, we remove the trees)

Again we apply the resulting stencil to the tile, circle and cut out. But that's not all.

A heavy cap of snow hung over the hut and to show this, we will cut out the "frame" of the hut (we will draw it in the middle ground)

Draw on tiles and cut out.

All details are cut.

Now we need to draw all the details that we will paint. You need to do this with a pencil, it leaves a colorless outline and creates additional volume. To simplify your work and avoid potential mistakes, you can use the stencil again by simply cutting out small parts and transferring them to the foam.

Well, now you can paint.

To prevent the snowman from freezing on a frosty night, we will cut out a pair of mittens for him, which we will fix with a toothpick.

It is better to paint while the details are not yet glued. First, we paint the sky, you can draw a bright moon and circles that diverge from the severe frost, then we paint the hut, hat and scarf for the snowman. The snow from above is illuminated by a bright moon, so we only slightly tint blue where there should be a shadow, draw green needles near the trees. Add light falling from the windows. The final touch can be added sparkle in the snow.

We glue well-dried parts with glue for ceiling tiles. The panel is ready, it remains only to put it in a frame.

Thinking about what to devote your next creative lesson with your child? We invite you to make delightful winter applications!

You can take a variety of materials as a basis for the work. The classic option is to make winter appliques from colored paper.

But so that they are not boring, you can add your own flavor to each craft. For example, make a real winter character - a penguin.

Winter application "penguin"

Separately, we cut out its parts from cardboard, glue them, and attach the wings with carnations - they will turn out to be mobile.

We glue all the details of the appliqué.

The penguin can flap its wing.

The "penguin" application can be made using the most popular material for winter creativity - cotton wool.

Cotton wool penguin applique

Winter appliques with a hat and mittens

Or make an applique in the form of winter accessories - mittens and a hat. And to make them look even more realistic, you can decorate them with fluffy pom-poms and fur trim, which can be successfully replaced with white cotton wool.

It is convenient to use pieces of foam board, felt and glass balls as decoration for mittens. We decorate the gloves with pieces of cardboard and rhinestones.

We glue cotton wool. Application "mittens" - ready!

See how you can beautifully beat the mittens by making a beautiful winter card out of them:

Winter appliques with polar bear

Using lumps of cotton wool as fur, you can make a cute face of a polar bear with toy eyes, a black pom-pom nose and a chenille wire mouth.

Application-mask "Polar bear"

And if you paste over a plate with slightly crumpled pieces of tissue paper, you get the head of a polar bear. We make his muzzle out of a disposable cup. We paint the cup white.

We make holes for the eyes. We apply glue and glue the pieces of paper.

We fill in all the space except the nose.

Glue a cup in place of the nose, on which we glue a black pom-pom-nose.

We glue the nose. Application-mask "polar bear" - ready!

Application-pendant "polar bear"

Children can make interesting winter applications with their own hands from foam board - this is a very malleable material that is pleasant to work with.

For example, by cutting out parts from a template and gluing them together, they will get a cute white bear, which can be easily turned into a pendant. We glue the tail.

It remains to glue the white ribbon and the pendant applique is ready!

Winter applications with trees and forest

Cotton wool imitates well not only fur, but also snow. She can decorate any winter landscape. And as falling snowflakes, pieces of tinsel, rain or silver bugles look good.

We glue the twigs and cover them with cotton wool - it's done!

Trees can be drawn. And if you make a small hillock of colored paper between them and cover it with cotton wool snow, you get a bear den.

Check out how to make a wonderful Winter Forest applique with colored Christmas trees:

Another beautiful winter yarn applique on the video:

What winter applique would do without a Christmas tree? We paint the background with paints. From the white triangle we make the base of the Christmas tree, on which we glue the colored translucent paper. These pieces will wrap the tree in front and along the edges, lie on top of each other, there may even be white gaps. Only then on the dried background we glue brown stumps and a triangular colorful Christmas tree.

You can make the Christmas tree even more voluminous by fixing its decorated figurine on the "trunk".

By folding a sheet of paper with an accordion and cutting it from bottom to top, you can get an amazing panorama effect. We decorate this blank with winter patterns and applique.

Volumetric craft "winter slope"

Glue bright winter houses onto a painted winter background with trees.

Winter application "houses"

You can make a snowflake using ice cream sticks, glitter, and cotton wool.

Winter application "hot coffee"

Or decorate with cotton balls cups of coffee that warms us in winter.

Hot drink application

Winter application "snowman"

Or "blind" a snowman. In order to "mold" a snowman out of cotton wool, we cut out the base of the craft from white paper.

The basis of the craft "snowman"

We glue cotton balls to the base.

We glue a cylinder, eyes, a nose, a scarf, pens and buttons-pom-poms to the snowman. A simple and elegant winter applique is ready!

You can make it out of paper, and fill the space around it with lumps of snow.

The "cotton wool snowman" applique can be a wonderful Christmas tree decoration.

Christmas tree decoration "cotton wool snowman"

Using pieces of white paper using the mosaic technique, you can make a polar bear's dwelling.

Applique with winter birds

And with pieces of newspaper sheet - to decorate the wings of birds wintering in our area.

You can draw a bird and trees on a separate piece of paper, cut them out and assemble them into a single picture.

The background for the “bullfinch on a branch” applique is painted with blue paint mixed with glue and lined with a thin layer of cotton wool. Next, glue a twig and a pre-painted carved bullfinch. We make a mountain ash for a bullfinch from bright red lumps of crumpled paper.

Application "bullfinch on a branch"

From two plates, with the help of cotton balls, you get a cute polar owl.

Winter application "Deer"

Crafts from disposable plates are no less interesting than winter paper applications. For example, you can make a Santa Claus Christmas reindeer out of them. We paint the plate brown

The prints of children's hands become its horns, cardboard rectangles become its paws.

We glue all the details together.

Winter applique "herringbone from sticks"

Unusual materials can be part of any craft. You can lay out the Christmas tree from dyed ice cream sticks.

Apply glue to the back of the stick.

When the whole Christmas tree is laid out with glue, we decorate it with buttons.

Or make a snow-covered window from felt and padding polyester.

And the real laces are cardboard skates.

Watch how to make a winter skate applique in the video:

It is important for children that the craft is not only beautiful, but also interesting. Therefore, they are happy to learn new working methods and use new materials.

Application for preschoolers from colored paper. Winter

Application "Winter Night"

The picture is made using the torn applique technique. Pieces of paper are torn off the sheet with their hands and from them, like from a mosaic, they lay out a landscape. The technique is good in that at any time the craft can be corrected or supplemented by simply gluing the pieces of paper on top with a new layer.

Colored paper

Step-by-step workflow:

1. On cardboard with a pencil we outline the contours of the tree, the month

2. Lubricate the selected plot area with glue and fill it with pieces of paper, forming the desired contours.

3. The contour of the month can be painted with gouache for brightness.

4. Draw snowflakes with thick paint using a cotton swab.

Finished work

Applique for children "Winter lace"

Required materials and tools:

Colored paper

Scissors

Step-by-step workflow

1. On a blue sheet of cardboard we outline the contours of the plot. Cut out tree trunks and glue them. Lightly tint the white trunks with a felt-tip pen.

2. Cut free-form snowflakes from thin white paper. By combining snowflakes of different sizes and parts of snowflakes, we form the crowns of snow-covered trees.

3. We revive the craft with cotton wool snow and sparkling snowfall from finely chopped foil.

The painting uses traditional white paper snowflakes. We fold the paper circle in half three times, cut the cloves along the edges and in the center, make cutouts inside and unfold the snowflake.

Applications for children 3, 4, 5 years old

Simple winter volumetric applications for children

Such simple crafts can be made with children in kindergarten or at home.

Application. It's winter in the city

Winter came to the city and brought with it a lot of white fluffy snow. The kids made a funny snowman in the yard. In the evening, when the children fled to their homes, the snowman was left alone, he admired the lush flakes of snow falling from the sky. Where are they?

Let's make snow flakes out of paper and glue them onto the picture.

You will need:

White paper;

Saucer;

Operating procedure

Take thin white paper, show your child how to tear off a small piece from it and roll a lump out of it.

Say it will snow. Ask your child to make a lot of snow flakes: tear the paper into pieces and roll them into lumps.

Then pour some glue into a saucer and show your kid how to glue the paper ball: dip it in glue and attach it to the picture. Ask your child to glue all the other flakes of snow on their own.

Application: Bullfinch on a rowan branch

Necessary materials:

Background - blue cardboard or paper 1/2 of a landscape sheet.

A black rectangle measuring 10 X 5 cm (for a bullfinch figurine).

A black rectangle measuring 4 X 5 cm (for the wing of a bullfinch).

A red rectangle measuring 4 X 3 cm (for the breast of a bullfinch).

Red paper napkins.

Brown paper (for a rowan branch).

Felt pen.

Applique making

1. Cut a narrow strip of brown paper and glue it onto the background.

2. Tear the napkin into narrow strips and the strips into small pieces. The lumps will be dense and neat if you moisten your fingers before rolling the paper by dipping them into a jar of water.

◈ Stick the lumps (rowan berries) under the twig, dipping them in glue.

◈ Draw small twigs on the berries with a brown felt-tip pen.

3. Mark out the parts on the corresponding blanks and cut them along the contour.

◈ Stick the bullfinch figurine on the background, on the bird figurine - the breast, on the head - the eyes.

◈ Make a notch on the top of the wing and glue the dart to make the part three-dimensional.

◈ Stick the wing onto the bullfinch figurine, applying glue to only the upper edge of the wing.

◈ If you wish, add small details to the picture (confetti snowflakes, sun, etc.).

In arts and crafts, there are many ways to depict winter, winter trees. A winter tree can be drawn, embroidered, made using the technique of prints, cutouts, torn appliqués, appliqués from natural and textile materials. Or combine several techniques at once in one job. It depends on the imagination and capabilities of each of you.

And today we will make a winter tree using the applique technique from "hole-punch" paper. And we will make such paper ourselves! And Vera Parfentieva, a reader of Native Path, a technology teacher, head of a children's creativity circle, will teach us. You and your children will create a beautiful original winter panel. Such a panel can be made both for the New Year's holiday and for Christmas.

Winter applique: materials and tools

To work you need:

- the usual punch for binders,

- white printer paper 1 sheet,

- black cardboard (blue, purple or other dark color),

- glue stick.

Winter applique: step by step description

Step 1

First, think about the shape of the tree you want to portray? Think about the shape of the trunk with branches and the shape of the crown.

Cut a tree trunk out of white paper (if you plan to make several trees, then a whole sheet is better to use for making hole-punching paper, and for the trunk and branches you can use fields of used paper) and glue it on a sheet of black cardboard so that the top remains a place for the crown, and below - for snowdrifts.

Step 2

Cut a few branches, glue them to the trunk.

Step 3

Fold the remaining sheet of white paper in four and punch holes in it. We place the holes not in any particular order, but chaotically, as they turn out.

Step 4

Expand the resulting hole-punch paper, consider what happened as a result of your creativity. Decide on the place where you will cut the crown, and which part of the sheet you will leave on the snowdrifts.

Step 5

First, it is better to cut out large-sized parts from the resulting paper. Since the snowdrift occupies a large area of our winter landscape, first of all, cut and glue the part of the snowdrift. There are no specific sizes and shapes. Cut out a snowdrift the way your intuition tells you, your idea.

Step 6

Cut out the crown of a snow-covered tree. There are no templates here - whichever shape you have in mind, cut out that one! Glue the crown over the tree trunk.

I wanted to portray a winter birch tree. From the remnants of punching paper, I cut out two small rounded parts and punch holes directly along the edges of the parts with a hole punch. I glued these blanks to the ends of the branches. Here's a birch tree I got.

Stick the circles that fall out from under the cutter of the hole punch as falling snowflakes!

The result is an openwork - lace winter! We admire and enjoy the winter!

Such works turned out in children of younger preschool age 🙂

And this is a collective work of children to decorate the entrance. Used as a frame a box of chocolates.

Creative task for older preschool children:

- Remember what groups the trees are divided into? (deciduous, coniferous)

- List the name of deciduous trees.

- Draw on paper the crowns of different deciduous trees, for example: birch, oak, maple.

- Make hole punch paper yourself.

- Depict a winter landscape using the perforated paper applique technique.

Winter applique, with which you met in this article, can be the most diverse in terms of plot and composition. Create, try, explore, use the "hole-punch" applique for gifts to loved ones, making winter cards and panels. We wish you success and inspiration!
