1. First, measure the front of the bag and design it. If you want, you can not change the height of the bag, we decided to reduce it a little, so we left a margin for the hem in the upper part.
2. Open up the old product (in our case, trousers) that you decided to use for decoration, and iron the details.
3. From the prepared fabric, cut out two rectangular blanks with which you will decorate the bag. The size of the sides of the rectangles should be 1-2 cm smaller than the corresponding side of the bag.
4. Fold the edges of the blanks and secure with pins.
5. Secure the blanks with pins over the top of the bag.
6. Sew rectangles to the bag with a blind seam along the top and sides, and leave the bottom side open for now.
7. Cut out rectangles of the appropriate size from a dense waterproof material (in our case, a hot stand) to seal the sides of the product.
8. Insert the sealant into the pockets formed from below and sew on the underside of the overlay blank.
9. Measure the bottom of the bag and cut out a rectangle to the desired size. If the material from which the seal is made is not very durable and practical, you will have to make a bottom cover. Otherwise, it will be enough just to put the blank-bottom inside the bag.
10. Fold the top of the bag inward if necessary to reduce the height and secure with pins.
11. Measure the length of the handles and cut the appropriate strips out of the decor material. Their width, taking into account the folds on both sides, should be 1 cm less than the width of the handle.
12. Sew the stripes over the handles of the bag.
13. On the inside of the top edge of the bag, wash about 20 cm pieces of Velcro.
14. Sew or glue the top fold.

The bag is ready. It remains only to decorate it of your own free will.

4. Take a piece of the chain and put the eyelets of the tassels on its ends. Attach the carabiner in the center of the chain. On the handle of the bag, make a ring of rolled up piping and sewn fabric to attach accessories. Attach the tassels to the bag.
