Timing

The decision on the appointment of a child benefit, paid until his 16th birthday (when studying in a general education institution - up to the 18th birthday), is made within 10 days from the date of submission of documents.

Monthly cash payment (MU) for the 3rd child

a) payments for rent and (or) payments for the maintenance of a dwelling;

b) payments for utilities (heating, power supply), calculated on the basis of the volume of consumed utilities, determined according to the readings of metering devices, but not more than the consumption standards for utilities approved by the executive body of state power of the Trans-Baikal Territory in the field of state regulation of tariffs. In the absence of these metering devices, the payment for utilities (heating, power supply) is calculated based on the standards for the consumption of utilities (heating, power supply), approved by the executive body of state power of the Trans-Baikal Territory in the field of state regulation of tariffs;

c) payment of the cost of solid fuel in the presence of stove heating (including the purchase and delivery of solid fuel) for heating residential premises based on the size of residential premises, the fuel consumption rate per 1 square meter and the cost of solid fuel established in accordance with current legislation.

Large families with two or more born or adopted children at birth (adoption), in the period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2017, the third or subsequent child is provided with regional maternal (family) capital in the amount of 50,000 rubles. 1.4. Families with many children whose average per capita income is lower than the subsistence minimum per capita in the Trans-Baikal Territory, which include two or more born or adopted children, upon the birth (adoption) after 31 December 2018 of the third child or subsequent children are provided with a monthly cash payment in the amount of the value of the subsistence minimum for children established in the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Article 3.

The measures of social support for large families established by this Law of the Territory are expenditure obligations of the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Article 4.

1. Registration of large families entitled to receive social support measures in accordance with this Law of the Territory is carried out by the executive body of state power of the Trans-Baikal Territory, authorized by the supreme executive body of state power of the Trans-Baikal Territory (hereinafter referred to as the authorized body).

2. A large family that has the right to receive social support measures in accordance with this Regional Law is registered with the authorized body at the place of residence, for which one of the parents (guardians) submits the following documents:

6) a copy of the agreement on the transfer of the child to upbringing in foster family, concluded with the guardianship and guardianship authority, in relation to children from foster families.

2.1. When changing the information contained in the documents specified in part 2 of this article, the large family is obliged to notify the authorized body about them within two weeks from the date of such changes.

2.2. When registering as part of a family, the following are not taken into account:

1) children in respect of whom parents are limited in their rights or deprived of parental rights;
