Cut the circle with a diameter of five centimeters and use it as a template to cut out of the old postcards 20 circles. Cut the template in the form of a triangle.

Use a triangle to figure the circles, as indicated in the following image. Of these, our decorations on the Christmas tree will consist.

For top, glue five circles with each other, for the bottom, glue a similar number of circles among them, for the central part, use the remaining ten. To the top do not forget to attach a loop from the tape. You must have the following figures. Spread together all parts of the ball.

1. Almost knitted card

The remnants of the knitting yarn can be put into dealing, making a New Year's postcard with their own hands. Cut the triangle from the cardboard, which will become a Christmas tree, abundantly lubricate it with glue and wrap with colored threads. The more colors of the yarn will be used - the better. Then glue the Christmas tree to the usual postcard and, if you wish, apply.

2. Contrast textile applique

Pieces of bright fabrics will be useful to create a postcard. Choose textiles that will not crumble. Cut out the fabric, simple figures - Christmas trees, Christmas balls, animals, - and glue on a white postcard. A contrast combination of colors looks most effectively.

3. Balls and ribbons

The use of ribbons in the decor is a win-win solution for those who want to create a festive mood. Draw on the paper contours of the New Year's ball or lay it out with the help of glued beads, and at the top there is a bow tied from a narrow tape. The presence of bulk elements makes a decorative postcard very original.

4. Christmas tree with bulk branches

Twist from multicolored paper thin tubes. One of the edges smeared with glue so that it does not unfold. Then glue the tubes of different lengths per postcard. Card with a bulk Christmas tree is ready.

5. Laconic stripes

Minimalist fans will be appreciated by a restrained, but spectacular postcard, where the Christmas branches are made of paper strips. The only decoration of such a postcard is a decorative seam on paper branches and a frame at the edges of its face.

6. Fragrant Message

A card, which not only looks great, but also smells like a really pleasant surprise. As a basis for a decorative composition, use cinnamon chops or vanilla, surrounding them with New Year's tinsel, beads, pictures.

7. Winter lace

White lace becomes snow-covered Christmas branches, and sequins glued on it - New Year's balls. For the background, use paper of any pastel shade or textured fabric, such as burlap.

8. Simple picture

Even a simple drawing on a New Year's postcard may look impressive. In order for the postcard to look noble, pay special attention to the accuracy of its application. We also recommend using coarse crafting or snow-white glossy paper.

9. Sewing on paper

Easy way to make a volume postcard - to sew any paper figure with one suture passing in the center, and beaten its edges. You can use several figures of the same shape, flashing them with a total seam, and placing one of them as a background. Then the image will be even more voluminous.

10. With queen elements

Quilling is the art of creating decorative compositions of paper strips. To fully master it in a couple of days before the new year it will not work, but to apply individual techniques in the postcard decor quite real. Circles from twisted narrow strips of paper are becoming Christmas balls, and the christmas tree is a green curved line drawn on the postcard.

11. Combination of several different textures

Another simple way to diversify the usual application is to use materials with a different texture. For example, knitted canvas, cardboard, ordinary thin paper. Then, despite the simple form of elements, the postcard will look nontrivial.

12. Contrasts that attract

It is not necessarily as the basis of the postcard to use white paper, and the applique to do bright. Enter the opposite, and the decorative composition will play with new colors.

13. Whether the inscription, or drawing

To apply inscriptions and drawing, choose paint contrasting with a paper base. The factory and decorative will be the inscription - the better. Do not forget to surround it with small simple drawings.

14. Cute landscape

A simple landscape applique will be a real decoration of the New Year's postcard. Complete its volumetric elements - by imitating snow, beads, sequins, and even with chains. Such a New Year's postcard does it look very comfortable.

15. Elegant brutality

On dense paper saturated color, make holes along the contour of the triangle. Stretch the threads in chaotic order between them. It is not worth doing too much stitches - our New Year's postcard is valuable with its conciseness.

16. Maximum brilliance

Draw on paper a Christmas tree and abundantly lubricate it with silicone glue. Check out sparkles and beads. After drying along the contour, you can glue a thick thread. Such a New Year's postcard will sparkle with all the colors of the rainbow.

17. Paper snowmen

The basis for the postcard-snowman becomes rolled several times white paper. Lubricate it a little glue, so that the snowman holds the shape. From the rest of the fabric, do a cap and a scarf for a snowman, draw him a face.

18. Second life of old buttons

In each house there are many buttons that are no longer needed, but they are sorry to throw them out. On the eve of the New Year holidays, buttons will be useful. Scuffed to the postcard, they become Christmas balls. Complete the composition of the simple inscription. New Year's postcard with your own hands is ready.

When gifts for loved ones are ready, time comes to think about decorating your own home. Do not forget

Such a ball for decorating the Christmas tree can be made with your own hands.

When I was small, I saw someone a very unusual ball from the postcards. I really wanted to learn how to make such balls. It turned out that it was not at all difficult.

I learned to make balls from postcards. They were big, elegant, I really liked, but where to adjust them, I did not come up with. Therefore, I made the same ball, only small, of dense colored. This ball could be hung on the Christmas tree.

Then I made two more such Christmas balls, both both. In this form, this garbage that any normal person would have thrown away for a long time, decorate my Christmas tree for about aven half a decade)))

At the time when I did these balls, it was not yet such a variety of materials for creativity, as now (brilliant cardboard, brilliant paper with holographic effect, etc.).

Once in the store, I got a toothpaste in an unusually beautiful brilliant box, by which I could not pass :) So I first saw the paper with a holographic brilliance.

At home, I tried to erase the lettering with acetone. Although with great difficulty, but it succeeded. I disassembled the box and made a ball from her. How beautiful it is glitter and sparkled with all the flowers on the Christmas tree in the light of the electric garlands!

Then I got an advertising booklets of some imported expensive autocostectors. Advertising was printed on dense pearl paper. Such paper I also did not see before. There were few places without text and pictures on it, so even for a small ball of such booklets it took several :)

Now with beautiful paper and cardboard there are no problems, so the balls can make a lot of beautiful and different.

To make a ball, first need to draw or print this template.

According to this template from cardboard, dense foil or paper cut 20 identical circles. The diameter of the finished ball is obtained 2 times the diameter of these circles. For example, my first ball with a diameter of about 5.6 cm, and the diameter of the circles, of which it consists, 2.8 cm.

Each circle bent over the lines marked on the template of the dotted line (the lines are formed in the circumference of the equilateral triangle, all its corners of 60 °) so that it turns out a triangle with rented on the front side of the rounded parts.

On these bent parts from the wrong side, apply glue and glue 10 triangles with each other in one strip as in the diagram below. The edges of this strip also glue with each other, it turns out the ring. This ring is the middle part of the ball.

The remaining 10 triangles glue each other to 5 (see circles at the bottom of the same scheme). Insert a loop into the center of one of these circles, consolidate it with an inside with a piece of scotch. This is the top and bottom of the ball.

Circles stick to the ring, get a ball.

Below we collected the ideas of the beautiful, original and, most importantly, the "fast" New Year cards, for the creation of which no rare materials are required - beautiful paper, cardboard, yes, the motley ribbons and buttons swam in the house.

Volumetric Christmas trees

Through white and colored paper Christmas trees are so simple performed that you can make them at the last moment. Learn more Bog & IDE blog.

3D Christmas trees do even faster. You will need only a ruler, sharp scissors and cardboard. This blog shows how to cut them.

Penguin

We really liked this penguin, successfully invented. You will need black and white cardboard (or white paper), a triangle of orange paper and 2 miniature snowflakes that we all know how to cut. Eye - this is, of course, the highlight of the postcard, and they will have to look at the store for a hobby (or tear off from an unnecessary children's toy, with the consent of children, of course).

Gifts

For this pretty and simple postcard, you need 2 sheets of cardboard, ruler, scissors and glue. And also pieces of wrapping paper, which you have left from packing gifts, ribbons and ribbons. The principle of manufacture is very simple, but those who want more details, we advise you to look into this blog.

Santa Claus

Friendly Santa Claus (or Santa Claus) can be made literally for half an hour. A red hat and pink face is a paper strip glued to a postcard or gift bag. Fur hats and beard are obtained like this: you need to take paper for drawing and just tear the strips of the desired shape to get uneven edges. Stick on a postcard on top of a red and pink strip. And then draw two slopes - mouth and nose - and two points - eyes.

Simple drawings

An idea irresistible in its grace is to draw a black gel handle Christmas balls with patterns. The main thing here is to draw the right circles and place lines for patterns. Everything else work will not be - stripes and progulinks that you draw when you are bored.

The same principle that underlies the card with black and white balls. Simple silhouettes painted with simple patterns, this time color - it is best to make it markers. Heat and very cute.

Many a lot of different trees

Here you will use paper or cardboard with a pattern that remain from children's crafts, or wrapping paper for gifts. Christmas trees are sewn in the center - it is not at all necessary, you can glue them. But if I really want, you must first make holes with a thick needle according to the ruler, and then flash the thread in 2 rows - up and down so that there are no passages left. Snowball draw white gouache.

The concise and stylish idea is a chosen of the Christmas tree, one of which is glued to foamed bilateral tape (and therefore towers over the rest) and decorated with a star.

For this postcard, you need 4 or 3 layers of cardboard (you can do without red). Not a cardboard can be used as a color layer, but paper. In the top, white, cut out the Christmas tree (the stationery knife can cope with it) and take it to double-sided tape for volume.

Horror of Christmas trees from a variety of cardboard residues, scrapbooking paper, wrapping paper is tied with a simple ribbon and decorated with an intersection. Try to play with flowers and textures - here you can find an incredible number of options using different colors of ribbon, paper and even cloth.

Wonderful watercolor so in the spirit of the New Year and Christmas! Uncomplicated watercolor sketch for everyone, even those who last painted paints in school years. First you need to mark patterns with a pencil, paint them, and when it gets dry - carefully post pencil sketches and supplement the patterns with felt-tip pen.

Winter landscape

For this postcard, it is better to use structured cardboard, and you can do and ordinary, smooth, it will still work out effectively. Cut with sharp scissors a snowy landscape and a moon and stick on a black or dark blue background.

Another, white-green, version of the winter landscape that will require a little longer. If you find velvety cardboard (remember, there were still crafts at school from this), it will be great if not - you can simply paint the Christmas tree with a felt-tip pen. Snow - disassembled foam on the peoras. You can also punch with cardboard circles and glue them to a postcard.

Huggy snowman

Snowy, inquisitively pebating in the starry sky, will look more advantageous if you manage to find a bright ribbon for Charfing.

For that postcard that on the left, you need a non-colored cardboard, white paper drawing and foamed tape, which you stick a snowman. Supports are made simply: you need to tear up paper for drawing so that it turns out a torn wavy edge. It is filled with a blue pencil and grow in anything, at least a finger or piece of paper. Also tweak the edges of a snowman for volume. For the second Buttons will be required, a piece of fabric, eyes, glue and colored markers.

Such a postcard will want to save for a long time. And just need circles from cardboard, nose and sprigs made of colored paper. All this must be collected using bilateral volumetric scotch. Draw black paint eyes and buttons, and white gouache or watercolor - snowball.

Balloons

Balls are one of the main symbols of the New Year and Christmas. These are made of velvety colored paper and ribbon. But the balls are so a win-win option that you can afford to fantasize: make balls from paper with a pattern, wrapping paper, fabric, lace, cut out of a newspaper or glossy magazine. And threads can simply draw strings.

Another option is to stick paper with a pattern on the inside of the postcard, and on the outer cut the circles with a sharp stationery knife.

Volumetric balls

For each of these balls, 3-4 identical circles of different colors will be required. Fold each in half and glue with halves to each other, and two extreme halves - to paper. Another option is colored asterisks or Christmas trees.

Multicolored balls

Wonderful translucent balls are obtained using an ordinary elastic on a pencil. It is necessary to start a pencil outline of the ball. Then lower the eraser in the paint and leave prints on paper. Fun and beautiful.

Postcards with buttons

Bright buttons will add volume postcards, and also laid calerable associations with childhood.

The main thing is to find buttons of interesting colors, and otherwise your business is "hanging out" to the Christmas tree, on a twig with cute owls or newspaper clouds.
