Set an alarm on your phone for 7 times a day or come up with another conditional signal that will stimulate you to write the thought that will be in your mind at the time of the signal 7 times a day.

Just write down the thought that you "catch by the tail." Recorded - turned over the sheet.

No need to analyze in any way, no need to look for the logic and connections of this thought. Just fix it on paper.

Repeat this thought hunt for at least three days.

Analyze what happened.

  • How often do you see the particle "not"?
  • Do you think about yourself and situations from a position of possibility or from a position of limitation?
  • Are you a magnet for success or failure?

In fact, what you get in three days is a kind of mental background profile, an example of how you habitually think.

You may like the result. Or maybe you want to attract something else into your life. Then this profile will give you a real chance to start changing for the better.

You can change the established pattern of thoughts with a simple reformulation.

For 21 days, try to reformulate every phrase and every thought that has limitations and denials. Believe me, my 20 years of experience with communication skills suggests that absolutely everything can be presented from a position of opportunity. Even rejection.
