EXPLANATORY NOTE

Introduction

The program of civil - patriotic education "I am a citizen of Russia" was developed in accordance with the Concept of patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation and state programs "Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation for 2001-2005", "Patriotic education of citizens of the Russian Federation for 2006-2010" "Center for Young Technicians", local legal acts. - The Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", the Convention on the Rights of the Child; The Declaration of the Rights of the Child; The Constitution of the Russian Federation; Development program MODOD "Center for Young Technicians".

The program defines the content, the main ways of developing civil-patriotic education in the municipal educational institution of additional education for children "Center for Young Technicians" and is aimed at fostering patriotism and the formation of citizenship.

The program is a certain system of content, forms, methods and techniques of pedagogical influences.

The program of civil-patriotic education is of great importance for solving a number of educational and social problems.

Relevance of the problem of patriotic education of children and youth

The formation of civil society and the rule of law in our country largely depends on the level of civic education and patriotic education. Today, the relations of a citizen of Russia with the state and society are radically changing. He received great opportunities to realize himself as an independent person in various areas of life and at the same time increased responsibility for his own destiny and the destiny of other people. In these conditions, patriotism becomes the most important value, integrating not only social, but also spiritual and moral, ideological, cultural, historical, military, patriotic and other aspects.

In the conditions of the formation of civil society and the rule of law, it is necessary to educate a fundamentally new, democratic type of personality, capable of innovations, to manage their own life and activities, the affairs of society, ready to rely on their own strengths, to ensure their material independence by their own labor. The modern school should make a tangible contribution to the formation of such a civic personality, combining a developed moral, legal and political culture.

The institution of additional education for children, being a complex organism, reflects the nature, problems and contradictions of society and largely due to its educational potential determines the orientation of a particular individual, is responsible for the socialization of the individual. Children's age is the most optimal for the system of civil-patriotic education, since this is a period of self-affirmation, active development of social interests and ideals in life.

But the implementation of civil-patriotic education only with the help of a knowledge-based approach is impossible. The new time requires from the institution of additional education for children the content, forms and methods of civil-patriotic education, adequate to modern social and pedagogical realities. There is a need for an active component of civil-patriotic education. Only through active involvement in social activities and conscious participation in them, through a change in the institution's climate, the development of self-government, can success be achieved in this direction.

Civil-patriotic education in modern conditions, this is a purposeful, morally determined process of preparing the younger generation for functioning and interaction in a democratic society, for proactive work, participation in the management of socially valuable affairs, for the realization of rights and obligations, as well as strengthening responsibility for their political, moral and legal choice for the maximum development of their abilities in order to achieve success in life. Civil-patriotic education contributes to the formation and development of a person who has the qualities of a citizen and a patriot of his country.

Purpose and objectives of the Program

Target: creation of conditions for the formation of the personality of a citizen and patriot of Russia with his inherent values, views, orientations, attitudes, motives of activity and behavior.

This goal covers the entire pedagogical process, permeates all structures, integrating training sessions and extracurricular life of students, a variety of activities. Its achievement becomes possible through the solution of the following tasks:

1. Explanatory note.

The most important component of the educational process in modern Russian schools is the formation of patriotism and citizenship, which are of great importance in the social, civic and spiritual development of the personality of students and pupils.

Citizenship - this is one of the important features of modern man. Raising love for the Motherland, pride in their country are of great importance for the development of the child's personality. Without love for the Motherland and respect for its history and culture, it is impossible to educate a citizen and a patriot, to form in children a sense of their own dignity and positive personality traits. Speaking about the education of a citizen, we, first of all, care about the formation of beliefs that are formed in an active, socially valuable life on the basis of worldview views, knowledge, ideas. The tasks of the formation of civic consciousness are the upbringing of patriotism. Love for the Motherland is strengthened only on the basis of uplifting feelings of patriotism and national shrines, there is a feeling of responsibility for its power, honor and independence, the preservation of the material and spiritual values ​​of society.

Patriotism is a nationwide phenomenon. True patriotism presupposes the formation and long-term development of a whole range of positive qualities. The basis of this development is the spiritual, moral and sociocultural components. Patriotism appears in the unity of spirituality, citizenship and social activity of a person who realizes his inseparability, inseparability from the Fatherland. Patriotism is formed in the process of teaching, socialization and education of students.

Without knowledge of the past, there is no present and there can be no future. Children should feel that they are part of the people of a huge country - they are Russians. The basis of patriotic education is the study and preservation of the cultural heritage, traditions and spiritual and moral canons of Russia. The feeling of patriotism in a young citizen is not only the result of his knowledge of his Fatherland, it is an established, emotionally colored inner image that becomes a regulator of his own behavior and a criterion for assessing the behavior of other people.

The program of activities of an institution for civic-patriotic education is a description of the model of the activity of an educational institution, designed to achieve certain results in the upbringing of children.

1. Relevance

The modern view of society presupposes, first of all, a view of the social structure as changing; a new situation requires new behavior.

In the modern conditions of the development of our society, when the profound changes taking place in the life of Russia have affected the weakening of attention to the patriotic education of the younger generation, indifference, selfishness, cynicism, unmotivated aggressiveness, and a disrespectful attitude towards the state and social institutions have become widespread in the public consciousness.

Research results show that each new generation of Russian youth is noticeably inferior to the previous one in terms of a number of indicators of social status and development. Purpose of the program: the creation of a single educational space at the boarding school, which contributes to the active introduction of students, pupils to national customs and traditions, national history and spiritual culture, which form national identity and dignity, respect and love for the Fatherland, as well as personality traits: respect, kindness, openness, hard work, patriotism, compassion, mercy and nobility.

3. Psychological and pedagogical components of patriotism:

Citizenship is a fundamental quality of an individual, which consists in the awareness of the duty to society and the active implementation of it. In this sense, the upbringing of patriots is the highest task of any educational system, which does not lose its relevance throughout the history of mankind and is especially actualized during periods of trials.

Today, in our country, the problems of civil-patriotic education are aggravated to the limit: the economic crisis, destabilization and stratification of society have led to a change in the attitudes and value orientations of children and youth, their alienation from the world of adults has increased, a negative attitude towards the concepts of human dignity, civic duty, personal responsibility ... The growing deficit of humanity in a crisis society, social tension, deformation of families negatively affect the moral and physical health of the younger generation. Teenagers are reluctant to take part in public life, are not interested in it, tend to evade service in the Russian army, do not want to work in the public sector, and want to emigrate from the country.

This confirms the relevance, social significance, pedagogical feasibility of the task and dictates the need to create an educational program that meets not the transient situation or the interests of individual groups and departments, but the interests of society as a whole, which:

All methods used can be conditionally divided into groups:

1. Persuasion method - explanation, emotional and verbal impact, suggestion, request.

3. Display method - demonstration of the studied actions, excursions, attending competitions, etc.

4. Exercise method - systematic performance and repetition of the studied actions, consolidation of the acquired knowledge, abilities and skills.

5. The competitive method is to maintain pupils' interest in the material being studied, to test in practice the effectiveness of the knowledge and skills acquired, to demonstrate and compare the achievements of pupils, to determine successes, mistakes and ways to correct them.

6. Questioning, questioning of pupils - allow to find out the state and dynamics of the development of students' personal qualities and to determine the directions of further pedagogical influence on them.

To become a patriot, you do not have to be a hero, it is enough to love your homeland, your people, be proud of its past and present. In order for our children to have a desire to feel like a citizen of the Fatherland, to have a sense of responsibility for their future, it is not enough just training sessions, which acquire knowledge, we need a system of educational activities and educational work based on the cooperation of teachers, pupils and their parents.
It all starts with the family. Love for the Motherland begins with love for your loved ones. The family is a fertile environment for fostering a sense of pride in the culture of their people. Indeed, the family has a special microclimate based on trusting relationships. Each family has its own traditions, its own experience of transferring information and the richest spiritual experience from generation to generation. The values ​​of family life, assimilated by a child from the first years, are of lasting importance for a person at any age. Relationships in the family are projected onto relationships in society and form the basis of human civic behavior. Therefore, the work of teachers on civic-patriotic education is impossible without the participation of parents.
Additional education teachers have great opportunities to intensify communication between children and their parents, grandmothers, and grandfathers.
The family as a subject of upbringing performs the following functions:
ensuring dialogue between generations in the formation of personality;
instilling love for the native land, devotion to the memory of their ancestors - defenders and creators of the Fatherland;
formation of knowledge about the genetic roots of one's family, clan, surname;
Through the family, such concepts as "small homeland", "Fatherland", "native land", "native language", "my family and clan", "my home" are filled with concrete content.
Educators of preschool education begin their work by meeting the family of the student. Together with the parents, they draw up a social passport of the family, conduct a survey of parents in order to find out the level of education of the parents, their vital interests, the degree of significance of the educational influence of the family on the child. Parents can be offered questionnaires: “Me and my child”, “Spiritual traditions of the family”, “Leisure of a child in the family”, “What is Motherland”, “We are citizens of Russia”, “Hobbies of your family”.
The diagnostic results show that many families have problems: there is no emotional connection between generations, some parents care only about the material well-being of the family, underestimate the moral side of upbringing, and have little interest in the child's success in school.
Based on this, the work of preschool teachers is based on three main areas:
psychological and pedagogical education of parents;
creation of conditions for favorable interaction of all participants in the educational process - teachers, children and their parents;
involvement of parents in the educational process.
The following forms of work with the family on the civil-patriotic education of children are:
- parent meetings of a civil-patriotic orientation. This is one of the main and most common forms. The topic of parenting meetings is determined by pedagogues of preschool education in accordance with the goals and objectives of the work of the KRDDT on civic-patriotic education;
- individual and thematic consultations;
- days of creativity of children and parents;
- conducting joint educational events (exhibitions, contests, excursions, performances, birthday of children, parents, drawing up their own family tree, pedigree, open classes), where they will get acquainted with the traditions, customs and hobbies of families;
- practical classes for small groups of parents on the culture of children's behavior, on the organization of family holidays;
- involvement of parents in conducting excursions and trips, in organizing trips to theater and cinema, visiting museums. Holding joint holidays contributes to the establishment of a favorable microclimate in relations between teachers, pupils and parents and creates favorable conditions for the civil-patriotic education of children;
- exhibitions of children's works, reporting concerts, theatrical performances;
- evenings-acquaintance with the family;

Joint sports events: funny relay races, "Family Lightning", sports days.

The use of various methods, forms in educational work, the creation of certain organizational and pedagogical conditions make it possible to ensure an increase in the effectiveness of civil-patriotic education.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Program is carried out on the basis of using a system of objective criteria, presented by moral, spiritual and quantitative parameters.

Moral and spiritual parameters:

1. Formation of civic skills:

· knowledge of their rights and obligations and the ability to use them;

· the ability to make and defend their decisions;

· willingness to participate in public affairs;

· readiness for education.

2. Formation of a conscious attitude to basic values:

The program reflects the social order necessary for society and the state for the upbringing of a citizen of their homeland, a patriot with an active life position. The end result of the implementation of the Program should be an active civic position and patriotic consciousness of pupils, as the basis of the personality of a citizen of Russia.
